I have enabled permissions and the root does not work

Great rom thanks. but I have issues with applying themes

text copy/paste does not working. For example, in massages

...working on fixes to these issues now
Still a good daily ROM otherwise!

Edited : sorry, i was meant to tell you about the not working superuser. But somebody has told earlier that the superuser still not activate.

...YOU need an APP called app2sd

that function is not present with Miui rom's

YES its version V5 - lots have changed, even the camera UI is better
We should have a fully working ROM without any BUGs within 2 weeks

Thanks Neil for bringing in the v5..

for the google contacts sync problem, the GoogleContactsSyncAdapter.apk needs to be copied to the system folder. Similarly for the calendar, GoogleCalendarSyncAdapter.apk is needed.

U can do it via the adb method, by enabling USB Debugging in settings and copying it manually with a pc.

Or u can flash the original gapps-jb...

I will upload a ZIP file with the missing APPS
YES i pulled the desk-clock to save on RAM

I will have to upload the whole ROM again as I have no idea what was wrong with the first PORT
I have PORTED the ROM again step by step and this time I have been able to find the issues

sorted out the root issue - this was a simple DEV error sorry my mistake
sorted out the themes issue by using the MiHome launcher (no need to have an account for themes/ no authorisation needed)

Just testing the themes now and we should have a FINAL ROM soon

Will try to upload a PATCH along side a NEW ROM

Hi, this 1.2 version is like strange mix of CM10 with MIUI launcher V5 on the top, it doesn't feel like true MIUI v5 (old time widget etc...)
Old version was better in this but root was not working, hopefully next release will be better...

Root succesfully activate with This versi. Thanks brother but to be honest, i don’t like the launcher. I Love the original MIUI5 launcher.

sorted out the root issue - this was a simple DEV error sorry my mistake

Can u please elaborate on what the dev error was? Could be useful information..

Since we are using the MiHome Launcher we do not need a MIUI account
This is only temporary fix till I sort out the theme issues

Once I have sorted out the themes this Miui will be 100% V5 and I will remove the Laucnher
and put back the original MIUI5 launcher in the next release

The DEV ROOT error was a simple port mistake I made
I missed out the following file and permissions:
liblbesec.so to /system/lib and give permission on updater-script
set_perm(0, 0, 0755, "/system/lib/liblbesec.so");

The file ivoke-as could be the issue with themes however it is missing from the MIUI version I have here from en-MiUi.com
Working on a fix NOW

NOT all APPS are able to be moved to SDcard
Which APP are you trying to move
..I will have a go myself

ADOBE products are one such APP that can not run from the SDcard

i cud move those two apps with titanium backup but m not able to move TB itself....

Development Stopped till Friday 5th April

SPENT far too long trying to fix errors on this ROM

Going to leave this alone till next official release is out on Friday

We get far more FREE RAM for our own APPS on my D.A.R.Y.L Rom
Miui has become a very bloated Rom
