A few day. i try to install miui to my oneplus and install gapps but i has problem. It's failed. Error Google service and other google app error.

I think I should root access my device and install gapps.

Your device (Mi Note LTE) has the 8974 chipset, Mi Note Pro has the 8994 (as does the OnePlus2).
The ROM file "miui_MINotePro_V8.0.2.0.LXHCNDG" is NOT 6.0, it is 5.1.1. I downloaded it and there is a line inside the metadata file that says:
post-build=Xiaomi/leo/leo:5.1.1/LMY47V/V8.0.2.0.LXHCNDG:user/release-keys
