Introduction

PsyRom is a Miui based rom and i'll update it for a long time!

Installation

DO NOT WIPE /system PARTITION
Factory Reset ("/data, /cache, /dalvik-cache")
Flash ROM
Flash Project Skynet (optional) (recommended) (high entropies can cause battery drain, set it to 64 read and 128 write)
DO NOT FLASH SUPERSU
DO NOT FLASH DOLBY ATMOS
DO NOT FLASH XPOSED
Wipe cache and dalvik only if you have flashed Skynet

Configuration

#ADBlock Switcher
1. Open "Material Terminal" app
2. Type:

su adblock

When the script ask to you, press "y" and chose your preferred adblock.
NOTE:"Light ADBlock" is enables by default.

#OTA Updates
You will receive notification when updates are availables.
If you not receive notifications, simply tap on OTA Update Center app and search it manually.

#Surprise Script (only for italian users)
1. Open Material Terminal app
2. Type:

#BatteryCalibrator
1. Open Material Terminal app
2. Type:

su BatteryCalibrator

Let the battery charge at 100% and voltage show "4428mv".
Press "A" and the script will automatically calibrate your battery, or press "C" for do it manually.
The battery is now calibrated!

#PROJECT SKYNET
1. Open Material Terminal app
2. Type:

Code:

su menu

A menu will appear and you can do anything you want.
For maximum performance, set "skynet mode" on "game" and with Kernel Adiutor you can set governor on "ondemand" or "performance"

4k was a joke? Sad

But maybe some with true 1080p60fps? Cause with media_profiles yes, we're getting 60fps, but the quality is like 480p video.

Dont think its possible anyway.. But, could try with 60fps maybe? Or atleast try to increase bitrate for FHD camera? Currently we have 15mbps, will be nice if there is 20-25mbps (not possible with any mod currently).

I can increase quality recording up to 30mbps

OTA seems to have some problem, says something about a missing file.
Thanks for letting me know about skynet, I'll have to read more about it. Does it work on any MIUI ROM?

Report it to bugs section, and yes, skynet works with all android roms!

@Psy_Man hey,
First things first thank you for the effort you are making.
I wanted to say that am excited to try your rom but whenever i flash it and do the the exact same as you said i just can't pass the miui logo that appears when the phone first boots up...
Any ideas?

*EDIT: It seems not as I mentioned before that am stuck with miui logo, its just that there is no boot logo and its booting with the miui logo but without the android under it that exist in the stock one...

IF ur stuck on logo, just do full wipe in TWRP.

What about this camera bitrate? Can you make flashable pack with 25 mbps for example 1080p? Its hard to do? Cause I was experimenting with build.prop and no results.

If the OTA Updater app has any issues, i made a flashable zip that can enable OTA service (only for PsyRom v1.4)
