Hi I have just a fast question... Is the team still active on this ROM? They will port the MIUI 9.6 stable or they will work on MIUI 10... or none of them. I am dont asking for any ETA.

MiuiPro seems to be the only MIUI 10 ROM someone can download for 4C as a TWRP flashable file (but not free anymore). The other way is by OTA, the newest build, 8.7.12, if China ROM is already installed (fastboot or recovery builds).
We have to wait a bit more for xiaomi.eu MIUI 10 ROM release for 4C.
