I know this thread got kind of old, but it's still the best, lightest and most eyecandy for its performance. Are there any vibration, CRT-Off and "Volume Rocker to skip music" settings? And I would like to lower the strength of vibrations. Thanks in advance! As far as I remember there were some options but are including XPosed framework.

PS. UpdateMe downloaded from Play Store works for MultiLang ROM.

Hello, I don't use swap, because Flash/NAND is much slower than dynamic RAM. With cleaning, i have about 340mb Free RAM, but that doesn't matter, because the unused ram is wasted ram.. It uses it to cache apps resources that are in use.

I have an option for vibration, but it only works and is active for the setting "Vibrate on touch". Thank you!

Guys I downloaded this rom and flashed it on my note running twrp and vote an error. Then I did it with philz and it got installed properly. Booted it up and after the miu rom screen, I got the encryption unsuccessful error, format storage error. Tried formatting and re flashing and everything but didnt work. Any solutions?

Before install do u have 4.1.2 rom installed or kitkat / lillopop?

Thanks for the reply. I had kitkat installed. Have flashed many roms on this device but never faced such an issue. I am back to kitkat for now but want to intsall this rom. ?

Im not a mester builder. But I recomend u recover stock rom with odin and than flash philz recovery. When u have that do full wipe for clean install miui.
I recomend that cause recovery on stock 4.1.2 (and stock based rom like in this tread) and for kitkat roms are different.
So it is important be sure what recovery and kernel u have when u wanna back from kitkat to stock based rom.

Please anyone to confirm am I wright.

I am already on philz. I have flashed many roms of both jellybean and kitkat with this recovery and setup. I don't understand why I am facing this encryption issue with miui. Anyways I will continue with what I have since I don't want to go through that odin and stock rom process. Wanted miui but bad luck I guess.

Didn't find any device heating so far

I hadn't used the phone for a long time (lol - upgraded from 3.8.9 to 4.8.8)

currently using it with "Forest-HelloWorld_V1.9.1 with OC OLED"

it's unbelievable how smooth the phone is - buttery smooth

There shouldnt be a Problem with device heating yep, the note is a nice phone, but damn .. didn't have one anymore .. :/

freeze com.securitycore.miui_t 1.0 using titanium backup
now you can install adaway

unfreeze after reboot from adaway
