Nope only problem im having is when I restart phone. The phone app dissapears. I have to restart phone again for it to show up

Maybe I have a bad download..but I downloaded 5 times and twice from my computer.

hi everyone,
so here is my situation, i had was trying to install an app and it will not allow me, so i had to boot into philz recovery and wipe data and cache, so when i boot my phone up after the wipe, my kernel went back to the kernel that came with the rom and prior to that i had flashed a ktoonsez tw4.2 jellybean version and it worked great....so after the reboot it had reset back to the kernel that came with it, so i then reflashed my kernel that i was using before and when it reboot i get a black screen right after the samsung galaxy s4 screen and it just hangs there and then turns off by itself...so then i wiped again as if i was going to install a new rom, flashed the rom kept the kernel that came with the rom, so now i can not update apps on my google playstore, i get a error message "unknown error code during application install:-110" i really like to stay with this rom, i like the features it has...so what did i do and what can i do to fix this crazy mess...ive flashed roms before but this s4 is a hit and miss sometimes, never many issues with other phones that ive had...anyways please help

Prob because you used the tw4.2 jellybean kernel and this is a tw4.3 jellybean rom

And when you do a factory reset you need to re flash your custom kernel because it'll wipe it off your phone because a factory reset takes you back to complete stock settings.

No complaints here. Its as fast, if not faster than any other TW ROM I've used and there are 0 bugs. Only thing missing for me is the calculator app. lol.

Took me about 3 days to download the ROM. I think because the file is so big it clocks out or something. Try it real late at night/early morning. Thats when it finally worked for me.

OK I FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK


INSTALL MK2 FIRST
INSTALL TAR OF PHILZ RECOVERY (6.0)
GO TO PHILZ AND WIPE TO INSTALL ROM
INSTALL KERNEL (KT KERNEL IM USING)

finally had the time to do it and got it to work now.

finally had the time to do it and got it to work now.

OK it works as far as the rim goes but I can't restore my apps. First I'm trying to log into the school wifi with the same mschap settings and it won't obtain the IF and keeps trying.

The other thing is it won't restore the apps from Google play. It gives an error code 110

Ye man I posted a couple pages back that KT kernel breaks the play store. It installs for me and even wifi works, but cant download anything from play store.

Yeah I saw it now... but what kernel can I use? All I found is KT and chronic which doesn't work

Well personally, I left the kernel it came with.

ok i think i found the solution.... first i downloaded deodex mk2 via http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2586586


it comes with the kernel and mk2 software stock but has the root and knox removed.

after that... download nowizasop on top of that and flash it

HI,

I dont know if any of you have this problem but every time i try to enable Facebook contact sync i do start getting coreprocess stopped or the phone freeze. once i disable the facebook contact sync, the phone act as normal. I really appreciate if you have any clue on this cuz i really like this rom but i cant sync other app contacts like facebook in this case.
