You know sometimes I wonder how I get dressed in the morning. Can someone spoon feed me in how to do this? Do I need to flash another Air Command or Note 3 features zip(s) to be able to replace the SecMms file? Is there any way to just flash a zip file? My apologies for not understanding the thread better.

Yeah sometimes we forget how it was when we first started. We see the same question asked 100's of times and get aggravated because someone doesnt know how to google search. So sometimes us no so noobs will go off. It is no so much a personal attack but most questions are answered already in the op or thread.

Now as far as the mms file google search for brians mms fix and you should find a flashable fix for that issue. The mms issue relates to using the n3 features which includes the n3 mms app that does not work properly for us.

Hope this helps clear up things for you.

Just download zip file unzip it, copy apk file and drop it to system apk folder and change permissions reboot as easy as that.

Thank you vasiaeva. I guess my issue was the whole, "change permissions". I have root explorer, es file manager and room toolbox. When you say change permissions, go to permissions and change from r o to r rw?

After you'll drop it to system folder (with root explore) just press on apk and hold it and in pop up menu press permissions... than change it same as your others apks...

Is anyone having issues on R3 with specific apps force closing? Facebook, gallery, Messages (Hangouts works fine though for sms. .) And settings? These all work fine for the first few initial moments of a fresh install then just force close when I try to use them. Going back to R2 temporarily. I'll pull some log cats before I do though.

Make sure you are using the correct changer. The charger that comes with the phone has more Amps than other stock phones. Usb, for example takes longer for me. Hope this helps.

That was the main reason I switched to a different Rom some time ago. I've been running R3 for a week or two now and my phone charges in about six hours.

I'll look into this. I now notice mine does charge a bit slower. I will go back to r2 to see of it was a note 3 feature induced problem or if it's the kernel

Thanks Platty. I will say that the charging rate is better for me than it used to be but that was before I truly new how to properly wipe after using a 4.3 ROM. Jmanlusco and Coletrain educated me. It doesn't seem to take as long.

Re flashed this rom to check to see if it would help charging but now its saying 12 hours to charge plus it want charge while im using it like it use to going to go back to stock to see if it charges right

Problem with calls

Ok I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue I'm on R3 of the rom and when I make a call the calling screen pops up and it seems to make the call but I can't hear anything. Tried with the phone and a bluetooth headset. It happens when someone calls me as well. I can answer but can't hear them. Tried wiping everything and reinstalling and tried flashing the modem again. Any suggestions?

Some people has mentioned that going back to Stock MC2 including recovery, then accepting the MK4 update from Sprint, then re-rooting, the flashing your rom of choice fixes a lot of issues.. I was getting many reboots, and freezes with Classic 2.0. Then did what I have mentioned above, re-installed Classic, 2.0 then went up to 3.0 with devels kernel and have not had any issues.. Give it a try. Make sure you use philz 6.0.7.9 recovery as it works best with 4.3 roms..

Yes that will work it worked for me going back to stock mc2, updating to mk4 then root, then flash or dirty flash this rom, I haven't had bo force closes but tw every now and then but other than that it works fine, plus I got a rockfish charging cable and that helped with my charging problem bigtime.
