hi , now on mm after lp
just have a problem
the rom recognizes the sim cards but does not connect to the network !
flashed 4 or 5 times
factory reseted as much as I could
went 4 times like the installation step .. .flashed d6633 patch...
but just doesn't connect to the operator
whats the problem?

Have you put manualy your operator apn settings? Because after installation rom has no apn confhigured automatically

the old roms didn't need apn at all
isn't apn only for data? o.o I cannot even call ! the antenna is 0
and when I go to settings the apn needs me MCC ... what is that? at lp I only set apn and a name and thts all

Mcc and mnc are parameters needed for some apn operators. For example mine, Tim italy uses it. You can search online for the correct instructions to configure your operator apn or, if you did a backup, before installing mm rom, you can turn back then write down apn settings from previous rom and then use it in amaluna 3.5

I understand but my operator does not use mcc and mnc ... and that's my problem right now...

Yeah i know, it's quite annoying when flashing new rom and it's not working as expected

Surely there's something wrong with previous rom and new installation. I did uninstall xposed framework for example before flashing, because i got a lot of problems and have spent many tries and a lot of time before understanding where problem was. You should search where is yours

Maybe a logcat can help developer or other people to find it

Any simcard i insert in second slot is amazing , no problem super performance
But when i insert it in first slot , the phone doesnt recognize it , and when i change the 3g or data settings sim cards crash and they both loose their connwction to operator ! Even the second slot that doesnt have any problem
Why is it like this?

Please don't stop supporting 6633. Not sure what problems other have but it works like a charm for me. Appreciate the effort to support all models.

I had this problem too (in Pademic's & Rajeev's ROM) and back to LP.

after flashing the small update you 2 flashed the D6633 patch again ?

How i solved it:
i went to the service menu *#*#7378423#*#* and went to service settings
i turned on flight mode, switched sim 1 to LTE_WCDMA_GSM, and sim2 to GSM_Only
i went to service tests and set the network ot FDD_LTE
i restarted and turned off flight mode

I found that MM 6.0.1 has problems in reading internal SD card and OTG USB finger at the same time. If I only use SD Card, there is no problem to read the internal SD card, it is OK. However if I plug the external OTG USB finger into the USB port, the external OTG USB finger will cover the internal SD Card so you cannot access the internal one. This case will not happen in LP 5.1.1. If you have time, please have a look at this problem and fix it.

I have one request if possible. Is there a way to get weather notification on lock screen like on eXistenZ ROM?

Happy to hear bro you come always back to my rom again, the rest updating to fast and get minor issues but thats oke, we learn from that, i just take time test and fix it and then release it and i dunno about weather on lockscreen, my bro @venkat kamesh had a great TUT to add that but its deleted but maybe after v4 i can look into it hopefully with a TUT.
