@##W4TCH0UT## I have had this problem with any ROM that I have tried to flash. I also updated right out of the box. Not sure if it may be a radio firmware version causing this. Is everyone experiencing the phone.com.android crashing on the same baseband?

Uploaded new version with possible fixes again.
Please test it out.

Cheers!
First off, thank you. Boots up just fine, however there are still sim issues along with storage "problems". I am at work and cannot pull logcat or anything for you ATM, but can always at a later time.

SIM Issues:
Not recognized during boot/setup/or in settings. Tried swapping sim cards (I have AT&T along with T-Mobile), neither work. Tried dual setup, single setup in sim 1 slot also single sim in sim 2 slot, no joy on either.

Storage Issues:
Warnings that storage is low. Opening storage under settings shows a ton available. I tried reflashing, restoring factory defaults, etc... They did not go away.

Long Story (tried to shorten):
Just so you do not go chasing things around in order to try to fix issues that may just be linked to my phone (baseband screen above), after unboxing I received an update which I promptly applied (received phone three days after the launch). Installed twrp, backed up stock, then proceeded to flash ROMS. Could not get a single ROM to work as kept receiving "android.phone.com is not responding." Tried to restore stock, but the restore process didn't work. Out of desperation, I found and adb sideloaded this firmware in order to get my phone back up and running. So, there are possibly two different times my radio/modem may have firmware applied that may not be in the builds. i cannot verify as I do not have another oneplus 3 to compare against. Was hoping someone here would upload their baseband who is not seeing any issues to compare with.

And again, thank you for your hard work!! :good:

Thanks for testing. Good to know that the com.android.phone error went away. Now remaining issues, I'll have to see.
And a logcat would certainly help
