I was playing with that for a little bit last night. Lightflow and a few of the alternative apps that have MM/N support. None of them seem to be working properly on the Z2(MM existenz 5.0.1) and I haven't found another way to customize the colors yet.
NABIOC79 suggested a week or so ago that you may be able to do it using the lollipop settings app, then switching back to the MM one after you have them set up the way you want them. I haven't had a chance to test this out yet though.

i been trying to use another apps but non works, hope i can find a xposed mod for it.
By the way last night i was on 5.0.1 and was working i updated today to 5.1.0 and stop working.

ill keep searching for something and reply if i found a way.

No problem, that was actually a typo I missed on my part. I was also testing on 5.1.0.
I don't think there has been an xposed module for that since xled on 4.4.4 has there?

If your having the "screen overlay" warning problem, it's most definitely an app you've installed. But if your using Xposed there is a module to disable this warning now.

Goto apps in setting and in Firefox click on clear defaults button to clear Firefox from opening web pages.

Guys, when I download anything.. After the screen turns off the download gets cancelled. And Google play also asks permission to allow background data. But I didn't restrict any data or so. Please help in this. I'm on the latest release of existenz..

Make the app exception in battery optimisation...go to settings battery battery optimisation and select the app!

Guys, I have a bug here on the latest version of existenz. 5.1.0, the notification shows nothing even when the sound arrives and I cannot swipe down the notification shortcut panel down. I've attached the screenshot of it. The notification panel is just empty. But all gets well if I restarted the system ui. But this happens frequently. It happens for about three times in two days of installing the rom.

Any solution? Or have I done anything wrong. Please answer. Sorry of asked or said anything wrong. I'm just new to these.

Existenz MM v5.1 clean installed, for those who the led only shows 1 color for all notification (Light Flow wont work) try:
-go to existenz setting and press the default color again
-download led tester from playstore, pick the disco mode then turn off the display (it will show all color from the led)
-select another color in led tester to test.
-profit

u may need to change your apps (like whatsapp, telegram, emails, etc) led notif setting again. Light flow is fully working.
i was bit stressful about the led shown only 1 color for couple of days. idk why this is happening tho, maybe some issues with new led setting? good luck.

add: i have no other bug with this rom, even Aquamail+blur is working fine with me, xposed too, with the recovery still intact. if u have other bug, maybe it's your (your apps) fault?
im gonna use this rom till someone made stable android n for z2 (hopefully there'll be one ). thanks niaboc.

Yes did clean install only. Wiped everything and installed 5.0.1 and installed 5.1.0 update.

That actually worked here. Just did a few test notifications. Im not sure what that disco-mode is triggering to fix it (and it did take about 10-15 seconds before it actually started on my phone. It was blue only for around 10 seconds at first.)
I'm now using lightflow legacy so I don't need to see the notification all the time, or have to hide it. I'll set up a few custom notifications and report back tomorrow. I have another phone to go try this on as well. Both of them were exhibiting the same issue.
