Same here... Flashed Modem separately, no boot. V1.4 no problem, weird.
TWRP 2.8.7.0 unofficial
- wiped cache, data, dalvik cache
- installed rom
- wiped cache/dalvik cache again
- reboot and stuck on Boot Logo
Did it 2-3 times and restored Backup of V1.4

Wonderful Rom...only real problem I s the SMS app...doesn't recognize the name of the contacts, even if you use the international code+... it uses this only sometime. Sometime you receive SMS without international code and you have one more unknown contact. Only solution???...
is to insert two different number with and without international code for each contact...annoying!!!

I locked Whatsapp in recent apps (Task manager), and enabled auto start from Security center
But Whatsapp not recieve any new messages. I have to open it again

If you have enabled 'Restrict Background Data' disable it and try.
