Since, Everyone is crazy about Material design ( including me ) But sad our s duos wont gonna recieve it... but this custom can give you feel of material design..It is based on stock ics rom BASEBAND VERSION- S7562XXBMJ1(maybe closer to it]

INSTRUCTIONS TO FLASH​

1. Download Both Attachments from below
   2. Move both files to ext SD card
   3. Go to recovery Wipe data and cache
   4. FlashL-Touch.zip
   5. After that flash file.zip (I forgot to add these files in ROM so that's why I made separate file..so it must be done)
   6. That's it reboot and enjoy your lollipop
   7. [Update] please flash bugfix1 file download it from attachment

Important->]If google play services crashed then clear its data

BUG FIXES :- ​

BUG FIX1 :- Gmail and motionshoot deleted as both were crashing..Made WiFi icon small + new style signal in out and owner pic on statusbar DOWNLOAD bugfix1.zip from attachments

Dropbox links are dead due to high data traffic. Instead use mirror links!!​

The simple answer would be NO.
but why?
The other simple answer is the difference in everything(SoC,...)
Core Duos isn't S Duos(Duos means two cards support in samsung galaxy's)
But I really want to try it, is there any workaround for this?
Well, if you're experienced enough, you may do something(getting your stock rom, modding it by this cusom one)

Bluetooth is working.
Camera is working.
Material Design looks awesome on s duos!!
Wifi is not working since purchase... (In either state, ON - OFF)...
