Install instructions:

wipe ALL for V0.6 is recommended from V0.5
flash MorrisoftGenX.X.zip
flash MY RELEASE of GAPPS on here (optional)
reboot (first reboot might be stuck at the bootloader motorola screen, if so pull battery and put it back in)
Boot again

Automated supercharger fixed
Bluesleep should be fixed on top of the original ROM fix (I don't use bluetooth much, so please test this for me)
Removed live wallpaper (seems to cause lag on LauncherPro a lot)
New cleaner looking default wallpaper
Scrolling Cache could not be disabled (black screen if it is disabled), I will provide a patch when I find out how
Fixed Location & Security from Neutrino
Fixed CM7 default language supports, should list them all now

I find boot times can be greatly reduced by not rebooting your phone

For what its worth, removing a standard bootanimation wont speed up bootup at all, and I've yet to see any proof that increasing dalvik heap beyond 80 has any quantifiable positive impact (in fact most would agree 64 is the golden point). In fact, you may experience negative impact.

It does a little bit, under my tests, the stock bootanimation is quite large (almost 2MB and the empty one i have here is only less than 4KB), it needs to load and play that.

Increasing heap is just placebo, everything is smooth for me

I find Launcher Pro to be the fastest launcher with CM7. I used to use go launcher ex and have repeatedly given it more chances but it has become so bloated and it is noticeably slower than LP. Also used ADW for a bit, but always come back to LP for its blistering speed (currently with weekly #5 and faux's 1.3 kernal...).

You sound exactly like me! However, have you tried ADW Launcher EX? it is more optimized and uses hardware acceleration on the ICS ROMS - I caught myself a copy during the $0.10 sale google had during the holidays. Still came back to Launcher Pro lol
