Anybody having problem with titanium backup? Keeps searching application data.
That's app related. Newest version seems to do that. Downgrade titanium and it will work again.

Has anyone used direct pen input? Does it work for any apps?

when installing the camera s6?
Turns out the version that was failing was not the one mrram posted. I can confirm mrram's version is working.

Note 3 (9000) changes to S6 edge (9200) with this rom

My note 3 is now showing that it an s6 edge. I am not able to install safestrap effectively. It says it's installed but doesn't reboot into safestrap recovery. Any suggestions on getting custom recovery back?

You need to use this app to flash nc2 kernel. Make sure you have a flashable oc1 kernel so you can flash inside safestrap when done flashing files if you are using lollipop rom or stock rom. Here is app. http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3452253&d=1440595672

I was on Stock Lollipop running on carrier unlocked ATT Note 3, when I decided to root the phone and try new ROM. So I downgraded to KK stock ROM (NC2). Rooted the on NC2, installed SuperSU, BusyBox and SS. Then I came across this ROM and decided to try it. So I flashed the ROM and all the mods in below order

1. mrram7 Special[Datk-Au] s6 N5 [5.0.2] rom.
2.English stock Dark-Au settings.
3.Modded RomControl v7.1..
4.Blurred PeopleStripe & Spen fix.
5. Dolby Atmos...
6. Wifi signal fix
7. S6 Camera

Everything flashed one after another manually using SS. Everything got installed and the phone rebooted and

WOW....what a fresh ROM. Crisp UI, nice colors and transitions. Much to the change for the stock ROM user. You have done really great job for this ROM...CONGRATS.

I am just few hours on it and really loving it. But few observations and facing few gliches

1) The Baseband version is still showing 'NC2' shouldn't it be 'OC1' after installing this ROM ?
2) Wifi is stable no issues. But carrier data is VERY UNSTABLE. First of all I have 4G connection, but this ROM never connected to 4G. It only goes upto 3G. But it's also not stable, it keeps switching between 3G, H++ and even E and not stable at all. After flashing this ROM, I got the auto APN settings from carrier, I verified it's properly setup on phone. I am facing this issue only on this ROM other wise connection was very stable 4G.
3) I haven't tried NC2 Flasher yet. But since I still see the NC2 baseband, I tried installing BusyBox and SS again. SafeStarp installs, but actually it's not. The SafeStrap recovery option never shows up in the 'Restart' options. Reboot to recovery from SS and Recovery Reboot on 'Restart' takes to Stock recovery only. Bad thing about it, once you are in the stock recovery, and if you simply hit 'Reboot System' in stock recovery, then phone boots with BLANK black screen, just showing status bar. No response, dead phone.
4) Camera Video recording did not work for me. As soon as I hit the Video recording phone got frozen, then it just rebooted.
5) I can see the system resources used are VERY HIGH. Just ROM installed and no Apps installed yet, but the utilization is constantly above 65%. Mostly it's in late 70's. That's the worry, coz if I install my usual apps, this will touch 90%. It means the battery will drain within couple of hours. This needs to be addressed.

I am still going to keep this for couple of days to see how it works. The carrier data issue is the most burning one right now, then the SS one.

Further to above observations, I tried to run few more things to get the SafeStrap back. So I installed the NC2 Flasher app.
Voila .... The phone rebooted in safestrap.... ALL GREAT..
Before this I already had copied SM-N900A_N900AUCUEOC1_KERNEL_Recovery-Flashable.zip. So while in SafeStrap, I Wipe everything except the SD Card. Then flashed the SM-N900A_N900AUCUEOC1_KERNEL_Recovery-Flashable.zip. The process installed fine, No Errors, and then asked to reboot.

OOOOPS... after reboot, then phone remained stuck at First Logo, of 'Samsung Note 3' .... So ended in softbrick (again :crying: may be 5 times in last 2 days).

Ohh.. I will have to install everything again . So the SafeStrap worked partially with NC2 flasher. But then NO OC1 kernel update and no camera fix too.

To get video recording to work you must flash oc1 bootloader make sure you use odin and add the file as BL. It also makes baseband say oc1 Here is link. https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934549159

Thanks Worrier1988, but Do I also need to run NC2 flasher app before Odin?
OR As I can see the baseband is NC2 only, just flashing OC1 bootloader with Odin should work?
No need to run NC2 flasher app the bootloader doesn't effect kernel or safestrap. Use odin to flash bootloader but inside odin add the bootloader file with BL.

I tried following things once I installed this ROM with all provided MODs.

1) Since I was still on NC (?!!) after installing this ROM and after 2 hrs to settle the ROM, I rebooted the phone in download mode. Connected to Odin and Flashed the Odin file downloaded from https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934549159 in BL slot.
Reboot the phone, but again the baseband stayed in NC2. No OC1 updates found. Also there was no SafeStrap available. I wonder if it has anything to do with the Locked Bootloader on AT$T SM-900A ?

2) Discarting step 1, I reinstalled everything from scratch, NC2 Stock - > Root it and SafeStrap -> Installing mrram ROM. Again on fresh install, after the ROM settled and rebooted couple of times for couple of hrs, the baseband still was showing 'NC2'. I installed NC2 flasher and run it which should have flashed NC2 with SS Recovery.
Phone rebooted and started in SafeStrap recovery. But if I choose to reboot, the phone got stuck in Bootloops.
If Power down the phone and power up again, it shows the initial SafeStrap screen, then if I choose to go to recovery, it starts recovery. But if I let the phone go to boot the ROM OR select 'Continue' on initial SafeStrap screen, the Phone again gets stuck in bootloops.
I tried flashing the Stock Partitions md5 as well but still it did not solve the issue.

So I am still not able to install SafeStrap on this ROM, by any method.
Also it would be great if someone can help with the Unstable Carrier Data issue. Carrier data keeps switching to H++, 3G every 2 seconds and does not connect to 4G LTE at all. Do I need to update any MODEM using Odin?

For baseband flash this in safestrap. http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3484080&stc=1&d=1443054905
