Include factory reset to your wipes.
Are you flashing any themes?
What data are you restoring?
Also, you know it takes a few battery cycles to get good battery performance.

Ughhh... I'm back to massive battery drain.
And I know why (or at least I think I do). Earlier today (phone was running fine), I did 2 things.
1) Renamed those wakelock files (qsiff_daemon, smd, smdexe, qosmgr).
2) Installed SetCPU and changed the governor to msm-dvcs and scheduler to cfq (was OnDemand and noop upon loading setcpu). (Did not check "set on boot.")
Now I'm losing 10% an hour, and the phone is in "Deep sleep" according to BBS (which it's obviously not).
I should have nandroided before I installed SetCPU ... ****. After noticing the drain, I set the governor/scheduler back to what they were (OnD, noop) and uninstalled SetCPU, but the massive drain remains.
I'm assuming this has to do with SetCPU and not the wakelock files, however am not 100% sure.
Thoughts on solving this? I have a nandroid from a week or so ago I can restore if need be, however would like to try to fix this without resorting to that. Is there something that SetCPU would change that it wouldn't revert when being uninstalled?
