CyanogenMod 13 for MT6582 is an aftermarket ROM based on Android Marshmallow. The ROM is super stable and super smooth. It can be used as a daily driver without any issues. I believe we all know about CM 13 for MT6582 and I don't need to tell you about it. This ROM was compiled by Ajit Guraya(ME) from source for MT6582. GPS, USSD, Calls, Camera, Video Recording, SMS, Bluetooth and other needed features are working in this ROM and it can be used as a daily driver.

For ViperAtmos to work, remove AudioFx folder from root using any root explorer

For G-Apps, select G-Apps>6.0>pico

What do you mean? 2G or E is only showing up? If that's the case then yes, 3G and 2G network is working here as fine as sugar.

In my region sometimes 3g network is bad.... So I have to switch to 2g only mode, else my battery gets drain.... All cm13 based ROMs till now,does not allow to choose gsm only mod ... So am waiting for that very update.... Everything else is fine for me..... So I want to know, if this very update has cleared that or not..?

By the by... My device is MMX a120...

On Settings>Sim cards>select either sim 1 or sim 2. Then choose 2G from Preferred network type mode and also choose preferred APN. After that, switch to Airplane mode for about 30-60 seconds and turn it off until you have a signal. Then try to open your data connection and see if it works.

Use build prop editor and remove these lines:
"#The Magical Mystery Softkeys
qemu.hw.mainkeys=0"

No, it's not compatible with those devices you mentioned. Although same SoC but has different internal parts and others.

when cyanogenmod team done large changes when going from CM12.1 to CM13.0 , Then came some bugs with CM13.0.
This bug(2G BUG) is also a #Known BUG of CM13.0. Which has not yet resolved
you can find this bug in almost(or) all Custom Rom based on CM13.0.
so,if you have not proper network of 3G(also Battery consuming),
then , either, you can wait for this bug resolved
or
i suggest you, to go lolipop based custom rom or find any ported marshmallow rom of stock marshmallow rom of clone devices..:laugh:

Can confirm GPS working. Unfirtunatly the sound is crackeling as in some other cm versions. Everything else (exept link2sd which is not working) seems to be fine after 2 days of using.
