Note that apps are going to get optimized in the background after the upgrade and first boot into android,
so better wait and let the tablet settle down for a while.

@timduru thanks for version 25. I skipped a few releases and had to go again through the 'life shortening' experience of TWRP (can not mount system 2 or 3 times).

Anyway, the shorter unlock swipe works a treat. It actually works so well, that I forgot about it immediately since it works just as expected. Well done!

A second improvement was the tab overview which now is in 2 columns. I had not notified that before.

I just have one issue with the phisycal keyboard (Spanish ed.). I´ve choosen the spanish languaje but all the special characters seem not to be where they should. Any help? Thank you so much

As others have stated, I would also like to thank you for keeping the device up-to-date.

In addition to the updates, good instructions to follow if the zip file does not flash. My tablet required /system format to ext3, then back to ext4 like you laid out in your first post.

FYI for anybody else who runs into errors about "unable to mount /system" and same for /cache and /data with result of "install failed", you may need to follow the steps for the process mentioned above. Worked for me.

We have been able to root the Toshiba Excite Pro (Toshiba AT10LE-A-108) with a Dirty Cow enabled KingoRoot. This device is a clone of Asus Transformer TF701. The screen resolution is 2560x1600 pixels, Tegra 4, 2GB RAM, 16/32GB storage. The cameras are IMX175 and MT9M114. The lens is ad5816.

Hi,
Sometimes I observe that /system/bin/logd gets crazy. It uses constantly 25% cpu. Nice to see with top - m 10. Logd will then heaten my tf701. After killing this process my tf701 gets normal.
Anybody seen this also?

If you grant root access to the Device Info HW app (Use root in its Settings) enables more information to be uploaded, like TOUCHSCREEN, PMIC and MODEM.

The Asus Transformer Pad TF701 (KOOC) is the best clone for donor parts to Toshiba Excite Pro (AT10LE-A). It has identical SCREEN SIZE and RESOLUTION, SOUND, ACCELEROMETER, GYROSCOPE, WIFI and three parts in seven of OTHERS (dummy, palmas and nct_thermal).

Fortunately, Asus Google Nexus 7 and HP SlateBook 10 x2 PCA can provide additional parts like MAGNETOMETER, PMIC, AUDIO and ALSPS.

Our device is rooted with KingoRoot by users @markop741 and @Rafostar. The root is working fine until reboot. However, the Sealime.ko module is holding us from gaining write access to /system. We are learning from two other Toshiba tablets that managed to defeat sealime.ko. They are Toshiba Thrive 10.1" ICS and Toshiba Excite 10 SE (AT300SE).

I use "Simple System Monitor"
You have to run the app with Root privileges, under the tap: "Active Processeses" than you can see the CPU load of each Process. A' long press on the task will kill the procesess. :good:
BTW: if /system/bin/logd is not on the the top of the list with high cpu usage, than is there no need to kill the process.:highfive:
