Is it somehow possible to flash this rom with fastboot? My screen is broken and i only use it with an external monitor. Therefore twrp is not an option

You can flash the stock blob in fastboot, but not flashable zips. You may want to research along the lines of adb sideloading the rom zip, but without recovery that is going to be a challenge too.
Found something along those lines here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1353234 but I do not have first hand experience with that idea and do not know if your twrp version supports it.
But it may be a start....

Not sure what I am missing in the process/steps for flashing this time, however I am unable to get v28 flashed successfully. When I say I have literally wiped and formatted (almost) everything, I mean everything TWRP will allow me to do. Only thing I have not done is format internal storage in TWRP. Flash shows as success. Reboot, and still on v27. This is starting to feel like the cliche definition of insanity (i.e. doing the same thing over and over yet expecting different results). Format Data was done both through TWRP and through Power+Vol Down (or is it Vol Up?) menu.

Any suggestions on what step(s) I may need to add in, could have done incorrectly, or completed out of order?

Hi Timduru, awesome job on the rom, didn't think that Nougat for Tegra-4 was possible. I am interesting in doing a Nougat port for a very little know Tegra-4 device, can you point me to some resources where I can start and learn about the porting process? (A beginners guide of some sort would be great) The device currently runs 4.4.2, and I am assuming it will be an very involve/challenging process. But I love a challenge.

Hi ! Problem : installed Nougatella #27 2 moths ago. Worked fine. But, yesterday, the battery stopped charging and the tablet stopped at boot : "android" on screen.
Booted in recovery with CWM and stopped the tablet because I had no time to fix the problem. Today, the tablet does not start. Any fix ? Thanks

Battery could be shot.

Charging cable could be going bad.

Charging port on tablet could be bad.

For mine, I seem to have to get a new cable every so often. Right now, mine does not charge right away... meaning I have to plug it in, unplug it, then try putting the cable in at a slight angle (no idea if I'm damaging anything doing that). And then there's the old Nintendo cartridge trick... try blowing into the charging port for dust or crud. That's worked for me before too.

And then there's always this, which I found on the web.

First disconnect your tablet from the power cord. Then hold down the on/off button for 30 seconds & while STILL HOLDING DOWN the POWER BUTTON, SLOWLY insert the power cable. Continue to hold down the power button for up to 30 seconds,

some time ago i also had the problem that the tablet did not charge. I found a trick that it helps to keep it on the charger for nearly a day, although it didn't charge at the beginning suddenly it started again and worked normally.

Hi,
after a full wipe and a clean install of v30 (v30 + gapps + super SU) the tab starts the initial wizard.

After choosing language (French) and location (France), the wizard asks which setup to start : restore from cloud/another device, or from scratch. Whatever I choose, just after that, the wizard crashes and goes back to language selection ...

Any idea please ?

** edit ** I finally could pass the wizard after flashing and older release of the gapps package ... strange.

I have a quick question and hopefully it is easy to resolve, but I can't find the solution.
I am using the german keyboard layout for the hardware keyboard. After some testing I solved to change the layout to german.
But now after some days I have the problem that keys for q w r z u o are "function keys" and not the standard letters. For example with q i can enable or disable wifi, but i can't write a q or @.

Can someone give me a hint where I made a mistake or what I changed accidentially?

No idea, haven't heard of this before, but... maybe a couple of things to try...

Settings > Dock > Add Key Override Actions
or
Settings > Languages & Input > Physical Keyboard > Keyboard shortcuts helper

Hopefully one of these gets you fixed up.
