Raxfian-OS-2.3 is build with EX-3.06 as default kernel. You don't have to flash it.
I put download link in respect of his job.

Clean Flash ? (Dalvik , data, cache)
If yes , can you send me a logcat. I will see what happen.
But it works fine for me.

why is the base for this rom mdm08m? That's the nexus 5x base rom, just curious.
