Really..i request all other members to participate also..work as a team and help the dev make it better..and to the dev also..do not just leave the group after putting up a new update..i know that you start working at making the rom better..but please take pain to help answer the qstns being put up..otherwise you are doin a great job

Nah...Really busy with my real life too...Got daily exams at college...Supporting over 20+ devices and have a few other projects going on...

very strange bug I just encountered. my notification bar disappeared and then constant system UI FC until i restarted. then i couldn't hear the person on the other end of the line when making a call. another restart fixed the issue.
i had this problem on PA so might be something related to that

Hey guys how are you all doing? SU permission
Thank you for the incredibly fast rom. but now having problem with root permission. The apps does not request root permission hence doesn't have root previledge and could not perform the intended operation. tried to install other su/ supersu, but nothing fixed. I hope it will be fix soon

I upgrade from 2.1 to 2.5 illusion rom. Though 2.1 is fast, 2.5 is faster and use lesser RAM. Using nova launcher is a great add on. Have no compatibility issue so far, has installed all my favorite apps and games and still smooth. I had never experience such a smooth transition and quick response as it with 2.5 rom.
I can run overlay app such as "screen filter" and "swipe pad" and dpi sensitive app like "PAPAGO" and "Plant Vs Zombie" .so far, no compatibility issue
When I play "fruit ninja - Puss In Boots" it is very responsive and quick. How do I put it... you hardly wait for the level to load, it just... loaded.

Can any1 tell me how i can send anything through wifi direct..intried to send some app apks but there was no option for wifi direct in the share menu

Great options, slick interface.
All options are available for custom buttons including last app (the ultimate multitasking button IMO.)
Really really good version of PIE (i think based on SlimPIE?) with every option you can think of. Pretty much perfect.

Quiet hours, camera shutter sound, safe headset warning, and of course all the other CM goodies.
Backlight disable works ... yay.
Root works perfectly no need for alarm if you read that earlier "review" Dont install another superuser or busybox or anything. You can also turn on the torch from the lockscreen so Im not sure what that whole thing is about.

Lock screen ring is Slim. Not sure if thats cool really. Prob should use your own or default. Then again maybe its good advertising I dont know the rules about such things.
The illusion theme is pretty nice except the little CM man actually overlays all the menus obscuring some elements. Looks kinda cool but isnt really useable.
The included RoundR is out of date and missing the "essential" notification fix. It cant be updated normally and requires the old version to be removed manually (TiB) and then reinstalled from playstore. Then its not themed of course.
Focal doesnt work .. grey square captured instead of photos.

How do you enable halo? I turn it on in settings but the usual activation icon in status bar does not appear. restart fixed this...oops

I flashed the ROM and unfortunately, wasn't able to use it for more than an hour. Reason was I was unable to connect to internet via my data provider. And WiFi in my library has firewall. So chat apps are blocked. Initial impressions were excellent though. Everything was smooth and quick. I found only one bug, but that was app centric or could be CM/4.3 bugs or app incompatibility with 4.3. Halo was working fine. Focal had no issues as far as I could check. Did have difficulty in finding root access. Got it eventually. I have flashed many ROMs and didn't face any issue regarding connectivity. I am living in India and I am on Vodafone network. I tried flashing my regions Radio, didn't work. Checked APNs (from online help and default apn), didn't work. Would appreciate any help regarding this as I really want to give this ROM a try.
Weird .. had no issue with 3g or wifi.
I have read other roms with data issues though. Try searching one of the more popular ones like PA or the CM release threaads.
