I did dirty install with the new update and WiFi stop working after second reboot. Should I do a clean install?
Does work well for me

If you use device as an access point wifi, often after turning off the screen, the internet network begins to fall. Decides to turn on the screen.

Regarding the network issue, do you have latest BL and modem flashed ? Screen mirroring will not work since Samsung won't release their sources.
I have also an Android TV by Sony and I use Chromecast to mirror the screen.
If your TV is not very old, you could try it.
My WiFi reception is at 20% to 30% even at a distance of 3 to 4 meters from Internet router. Speed drops significantly as a result. Any solution?

You can try upgrading your BL and modem (You can find them some posts above). Screen mirroring doesn't work in any nougat ROM, you can try Chromecast as suggested by @NikosD

If you are using the old modem consider upgrading to the latest(FNG1) one
Is N7100XXUFPE2 old? Where to find the new one and how to flash?

(XXU)FNG1 seems to be also a Kitkat 4.4.2 Modem like my XXUFND3 (german Modem - no branding).
Did get mine some years ago as flashable .ZIP named
Modem_N7100XXUFND3_ATO.zip
and I got no problems with WiFi or 3G.
Is there a newer (.ZIP flashable) Modem which will work better?
I did see some modems from 2014 and some from 2017....
