I do not know about such ground rules so I have no idea about that. All the same, charging is pretty slow depending on the kernel used. If you have kernel aduitor, open the app and scroll to battery and see if fast charging is available and enabled. If the option is not available there, go to magisk, and download a fast charge module from there. I can remember the actual name o the one I used before but there are two modules there. Go for the one that does not require you to get terminal emulator or whatever when reading the description of the module. Download, flash it via magisk and reboot. Now plug your phone in and see if charging speed is increased.
