not true... i had x note and it is best 4.1.2 rom here (in my opinion). but when it comes to 4.3, try jellykat v2. working perfect. you wont regret for sure.

Installation:

- Check MD5
- Install zip (select light wipe if coming from v 3.0, otherwise full wipe)
- install Update framework: Link 1 OR Link 2
- reboot
- done
