data full wipe is optional, but is strictly recommended to wipe cache & dalvik cache
do a backup first than flash the rom
i think it will work, it's android 4.3

Thanks, I've already read that and downloaded hurricane, but I'll hold on using it for now.

I'm looking into doing this myself , if I manage to come up with a working rom I'll upload it for other users, I've never done this before, but I'm enjoying the learning process.

Any pointers/helpers to offer man ? I'm currently doing this using android kitchen, I think I'll pass on the build.prop tweaks since most of them can be done through Dr.ketan's tool or Xblast/Wanam.

Again any how-to/FAQ/Recommended readings would be much appreciated

edit : is it just my case, or does deodexing a rom take forever ? android kitchen has been working for like 4 hours now, and judging by the fact that it just finished framework, probably means I'll have a long wait ahead of me ....

I think XXUENB2 has a very good base better than newer XXUENC3, i tried stock XXUENC3 rooted and some custom roms with XXUENC3 base too and had all lags etc.
I am downloading now your deodexed stock knox free XXUENB2 to try it. Thanks for this.

well I've made my ENC3 version and I'm happy with it, I'll have to monitor battery usage since some people are reporting improved performance over older 4.3 versions
