i ended clearing it up and doing the thing that are slow and trying to use the mic so it could be easier to find, but now i think it was a bad idea, i'll post another after some use.

also on note i used adb to make the logcat file.

Just a heads up.. last build seems to be much more snappier and stable. No random reboots so far. Hopefully we're near of a fix for major issues, such as Sim Card.
For those flashing and testing, don't forget to submit your logs here.

Yeah i can confirm it way faster than previous one , maybe tmw i will share some logs from my phone on new builds . as far as i can tell for bugs, the microphone itself doesnt seem to function, not only in video camera but in general

Flash a 910c recovery onto your H and try flashing the CM14 after.

It's a multi boot utility (from dual boot patcher) to choose the rom for booting or wiping any rom from recovery

You should never flash dirty. Even if it works on the beginning, there might exist a lot of issues in a couple of weeks.
And dirty flashing from API 23 to 25 might not be a good idea either
