Yeah. Make sure to backup EVERYTHING. Even EFS.
Yeah you don't need to backup everything - Only backup :
Boot - System - Data - EFS and Modem.
Do not backup Cache and Recovery.

Well just backup it. Incase theres something wrong u can just get back to where you from
.. And btw. Sometimes certain rom will use /cache for caching odex stuff... Now it will help speedup the process when u boot lol
I know it is considered bad form to ask for an eta for a rom; but possibly Erick could take two minutes of his valuable time to update followers on his future plans.

What are the bugs here on final? What's not working?
There is the infamous sms bug - sent sms messages get marked as unsent, even though they actually get delivered. Ambient display doesn't work (it just freezes the phone) and the screen remains sensitive to touch while having the phone next to your ear (while calling). Fingerprint registration is a bit tricky but once you get your fingerprints registered, it works fine. The heart rate and uv sensors at the back of the phone don't work. There might be some problems with the snapchat app (video recording might not work at all in Snapchat, but taking pictures does work fine).
Other than that, there is not much to complain about. The rom is fast and stable, much faster than any TW-based in my opinion.
