Thanks guys for the "founding flashers" bravery..lol..... It looked a bit fishy to me, the long awaited Nougat Rom update, just posted so nonchalantly without any explanation....That being said I also gave it a try using Dual Boot Patcher, and it also didn't work..... (I wasn't sure if it was the Rom or some other reason, tho).

Erickwil is a well-known developer. He is the one who has developed many builds of cm13. So it's trustworthy [emoji2]

No, I tried flash it on my n910u, it can't boot, even I change the kernel to cm13 kernel of n910u:crying:
hope cm14.1 for n910u will be coming soon

I'm just locking the phone with power button when calling. It's not the best solution but still better than nothing.

how about proximity sensor and SMS problem? any fix?

Install "fix OPO Screen" from the Play Store. Solves the Proximity problem (while calling).
Just as previously said, simply ignore the error message of the SMS. The SMS works ok.

I never said he wasn't, just that the method (whomever) posted that highly anticipated Rom link was strange and a bit fishy quite frankly.... No harm done or intended, but you gotta admit that at least.

I think its been established that this rom "cm-14.1-treltexx" DOES NOT BOOT. Please stop asking the same question, and just look at the last 10 posts which clearly elude to that fact. I repeat "CM-14.1-TRELTEXX" DOES NOT BOOT ON THE N910C. Please wait for an updated Rom or the correct link to be posted before asking if it boots up. Thanks........ (Btw, I know full well that nobody's gonna heed my advice; on the contrary, the next post is probably gonna be.......Did you flash cm-14.1-treltexx? Does it boot? Any bugs? ) lol.

The last link is to an updated CM14.1 (second version by Eric), so the question, if this version boots, is not unnecessary. We know that the first one does not boot, but that does not mean that this one will not boot either.

On a matter related to CM 13, I have noticed for a while that i'm unable to check the battery status if I had switched off my device for a faster charge. Instead I have to remove the charger to get the battery percentage. Is this normal?

The battery issue also happens to me with other phones using cyanogenmod, so I guess it's cyanogenmod thing across multiple devices.
