@mikeprius I second the whole OTA's can screw things up statement...and add...or increase my odds of screwing things up. I was an unfortunate one that took the 0E1 OTA update. Tried to Odin twrp, custom ROM, revert back, blah, blah, blah and bricked my (this) phone. It took the hard work @freeza and @tx_dbs_tx to finnally bring us (me) something that could be flashed via Odin to restore/revert from that crappy OTA and now complete custom ROMs you can flash in recovery straight from your extSDcard. Definitely wait, research and read ahead, if you're just a enthusiast like myself. Let these pros test them (OTA's), break them down, fix, rewrite, and create new ROMs from them, and serve them up for us in a nice .zip/tar package. Otherwise, you may have to carry a brick for a couple of months. LolYes, this is the case. Read the OP here and/or the OP in the link above for the solution to that. If you're intent on being able to take OTA's then just go stock.
I personally wouldn't do that as sometimes as many have found an OTA can really screw things up.
I ALWAYS waited to see what updates were all about before taking that plunge. Fortunately @tx_dbs_tx does his research/homework. The correct thing to do is have patience. Wait to see what tx cooks up. And remember... Vote your conscience (yes, that is code) . Lotta hard work going on around here. ?
