To start things off I am going to say that I am NOT a developer and I built this ROM for personal use.

You have to be on newest Lollipop BOE1 bootloader and modem. To do this you have to flash stock BOE1 firmware (LINK!!!) before installing v4.0, else you will get bootloop.

How to install:
Download the ROM and put it in your Internal storage or SD card.
Make sure you have installed CWM Recovery. Use N915F from here.
Reboot into recovery using Volume Up + Home + Power.
Wipe data, cache and dalvik.
Install zip from internal storage or SD card.
Reboot!

In order to get SuperSU working, go to SuperSU -> Settings -> Default Access -> Grant.
There seems to be a problem with Prompt Access on latest Samsung firmwares. It does the same on the Note 4.
Update: flash the latest beta SuperSU v2.49 from here added in v4.0
root access and Package Manager will work normally.
