It should. DevBase is basically the latest stock firmware with few system apps removed and root (i.e., Magisk root) pre-installed.Is this rom has dual sim for SM-N960N?
(BL update is not necessary if you are on any Q bootloader already)
NOTE2:
No problem on me. Maybe you install mod or debloat somethingsWith new update I have problem with Permission controller stop working constantly.
After reinstalling previous firmware and then new all working now
Are you use any mod or custom kernel? No problem on me on FTK1 it shows 1 November. Upgrade from FTJ5I flash that but I am always on security patch october, why?

You said you made this rom without owning the device. I congratulate you and thank you very much. I have a request for you; Can you teach how to make the rom?I have started N960x thread & support without having device physically and successfully supported these devices over 2 years - still without device to perform tests (just blindly).
I'm sorry, I have no enough time to make more invasive modification(s) which require to have device physically and/or organize a test group (via Telegram or so...).
Anticipating further questions and requests:
- I do not plan to introduce further, more invasive modifications to the DevBase than the present ones (listed in post #1)
- I do not plan to start support for devices newer than N960x
For more information please read HERE

ANYWAY - thread has been updated for N960N (Korean) devices:![]()
Hi there, first thanks for sharing with us this amazing work, I upgraded recently from note 4 in which I had custom ROM as well...Thread has been updated, U6FTK1 (One UI v2.5) DevBase v7.3 (November security patches, changelist 19869079)
Download ROM:
SM-N960F/DS:
(BL update is not necessary if you are on any Q bootloader already)
NOTE1: If your current bootloader is Pie or older - it is mandatory to update bootloader to Q - otherwise ROM will not boot. Flashing order is not very important, but it is much better to flash ROM as first and then BL - one by one - due to auto reboot command at the end of BL flashing script
NOTE2:If you want to perform clean install with encryption - it is highly recommended to use TWRP 3.2.3.0 (e.g. THIS build) to format /data. More info about bug with TWRP 3.3.1.x - HERE
It seems like above mentioned problem has been solved in the official TWRP 3.3.1-0 for N960F by @corsicanu (I mean THIS build). If you plan to format /data and perform clean install with DevBase & encryption - please test this recovery & post here the result to let me and other people know that we do not have to use TWRP 3.2.3.x anymore (I will remove my remommendation to use 3.2.3-x in case of encryption scenario). NOTE: I do not have N960F physically, so can't test it myself.
NOTE3: Note that if something will go wrong then you will not be able to restore standard System backup. To avoid problems with restoring backup(s) you need to perform following backups: (1) "System Image" (NOT "System" !!!), (2) "Data (excl. storage)", (3) "Boot", (4) "Baseband", (5) "Vendor Image", (6) "Carrier Configs"
It's Google's way of making Android more secure. They announced this plan since last year, and they will enforce it from the 2018 Android phones to the future Android phones. Can someone pls help me pass safetynet? I'm on the latest (U6FTK1), and everything works fine, but can't get Magisk to pass. Appreciate suggestions. Cheers.
I've tried this mod, but no success. Nothing has changed actually. Anything else I can try? Thank you for the tip though...It's Google's way of making Android more secure. They announced this plan since last year, and they will enforce it from the 2018 Android phones to the future Android phones.
Here's what can be done: Spoof the Note9 into the Note8 with the following Magisk module thst been floating around XDA, and it causes no harm.
