hello
before i flash this rom i have three questions :
1_ does this rom works for moto g 5g plus 8gb ram xt2075-3?
2_ is this one better than the official arrow os rom in its site (code name potter) ?
3_ does mirroring to a tv without a chromecast works ? / or can you edit the build.prop in this rom to enable it ?

my phone is already rooted but i could not change permission of the build.prop file in system partition to be able to edit it and enable screen mirroring/miracast without chrome cast

1. I think so? I had the 6gb version and it worked fine.
2. DONT USE ANY FILES FROM THE ARROW SITE. The rom you mentioned above is for another device. The g 5g plus build is unofficial and wont appear on the Arrow OS site.
3. No idea as i have an android tv.

You can get firmware from here. Extract it into the firmware folder of the flashtool.

Maybe your sd card format isn't compatible. Not sure what happened there.. my sd card worked fine in twrp.
this rom is noticeably faster than stock rom
it also has some useful features over stock rom
but as the screen shots shows
radio and camera app is not working but custom camera apps like gcam 7.4 is working fine

magisk flashed successfully

as far as i know all motorola devices cant share screen to non android tv or via a miracast dongle
sharing screen without chrome cast is not enabled and it requires to edit one line in the build.prop to get enabled (#persist.debug.wfd.enable=1) and like the stock rom ( and motorola and pixel devices after android 9 ) editing build.prop is not possible in this rome

other thing i hoping to work was Fluid navigation gestures hide future , which is not working in any android 11 devices but i heard its working on lineage os 18

Hi,

Could you please advise what do I miss?
1) I downloaded the latest fw with RSA, I copied this fw into the Firmware folder of Moto Flash Tool.
2) I ran the Moto Flash Tool, that prepared my phone: installed the fw, changed Slot A from Slot B
3) I installed TWRP to both slots
4) in TWRP I formatted Data, installed ArrowOS, rebooted back to recovery
5) TWRP showed Slot B, here I pressed reboot to system
And it went to permanent boot loop, Moto logo, restart, yellow warning of opened Bootloader, Moto logo, restart and that's all.
I also tried with Omnirom, with the same result.
I booted back to TWRP, changed to Slot A, rebooted to recovery again and now I am at the initial setup of the original fw.

What do I do wrong?

Thx!
