DOWNLOAD LINK (remove temporarily until I can re-upload the nandroid with boot included)
Unzip the downloaded files to your microSD card then use OpenRecovery 1.46 to restore the nandroid backup. This *should* work for XT720 handsets currently on 2.1 that want to update to 2.2 without updating the radio.
THIS IS UNTESTED! It works on my phone, but restoring nandroids on other handsets has not been tested yet on the XT720 (to my knowledge)

*Update 1: If you get crashes on Google Apps after restoring this nandroid WIPE DATA/CACHE!
*Update 2: If the Gingerbread keyboard is "smushed" at the bottom use the LCD Density changer to a value of 200, use the keyboard to type a few letters, then change it back to 240
