Android Ice Cold Project​

AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!

Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.

If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

• You tell...

ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy Nougat. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.


How to flash:

• Don't do it if you don't know it
• ROM has gapps persistance in between dirty flashes

PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.

If anyone wants to apply the newest update from 18.08. - uninstall all overlays before a dirty flash! If not you will get system ui fc after boot.

Edit: Dirty flashed this ROM over ResurrectionRemix and it booted and is working fine.

Nice ROM, but I think both ROMs are very very similar in terms of customization. I tweaked quite a lot on RR's settings and all of those settings like blurring, network indicators and tiles are perfectly retained by this ROM. There was nothing wrong with RR rom but since it stopped on their weekly release promise I wonder if I can find new home on this ROM.

I would like to know how the camera app works?
I suppose that the two cameras are not working together, but is it possible to use B/W only as well color one?

Revisited this rom, now it's more stable than RR. No random high cpu spike yet and gives me a low temp over the other, for now. keep us updated man! btw three finger screenshot is working fine for me.

Edit: the gps is pretty slow, not sure why. Anyone having prob with this? Also I found out that onscreen navbar wont appear when I swipe from left or right sides when I'm on fullscreen, have to swipe from status bar to show the navbar, kinda annoying but not that big deal.

Okay there was no lag on scrolling BUT lagging on games (Last days on earth) for some reason this ROM capped to only 1132mhz and even with high performance it's still 1132mhz.

Wifi error on rom from 15.09 ..the wifi is turned off every 2 minutes and then switch

Rom of 15.09...the wifi is turned off every 2 minutes and then switched on again! 1 deinstal it and rom from 08.09 is ok for wifi!

I've installed this rom, everything seems perfect but it suffers of the same bug that affects LineageOS on this device: there are strange lags while scrolling.
Everything goes back to normal after plugging and unplugging the charger but after a reboot the bug reappears.

Edit: Oke sorry, was my fault.. But why isnt the google Pixel Launcher working proberly?
