One thing I hate about note 3 browser. You can not set a home page. I wish it included a home button.
Yes, you can...are you referring to the native browser? follow the following steps if using the native browser..

1*click on browser..This will ask yo to verify your phone number (Assuming you've done that long ago)..
2*on main page of browser, Select the menu soft key (Left)button on your note 3.
3* A list of option should populate which includes a "Settings" option.
4* Click on "Settings" then you'll see the 2nd option to "Set homepage".. Select it..
5*Once you have selected the set homepage, you'll see 4 other options which includes "Other"..Select other..
6* Once you select other, a window will open and you have the option of editing the url text of your choice..ex, I chose "google". Once you have edited the text, choose "Done" in the upper right corner.
7*Exit out of browser app completely then reopen the browser again and you should have the homepage that you selected..In my case, its "Google" with every new window I open in the browser..

hope this helped:good:

Hey bro, truly incredible ROM, (worth repeating), just a thought and some others could weigh in on this, the biggest gripe I have with this phone is the home button, currently using Wanam to disable home button screen wake, I keep this thing in my front pocket and the screen comes with just about every step I take at work. I can keep using wanam (it works), but having that baked in or as a mod would be much appreciated. If I'm the only one, please disregard. Thanks again for what you have done already.

The ROM comes with the stock kernel. I was just mentioning it because someone said they tried with beasmode. But there is a stock flashable kernel floating around these forums somewhere.
This rom comes with a modified stock kernel if I'm not mistaken. The kind that enforces and doesn't let go.

Love the fonts tho. [emoji12]

Didn't know the kernel was modified. If so that's why people are having screen mirroring issues.

If you do this please make it either an option or a flashable mod. The home button is all I use to wake my phone.

I was the same way, but it was disabled on another ROM, took a while to get used to. Having it disabled saves a lot on battery for me, working on installations has me doing a lot of squatting down which is when the button gets pushed, as I said, if it's not an issue for any one else I've got it handled.

I've never had the issue of it turning on by itself. I put it in my back pocket top down with the screen facing me. When I reach back to pull it out of my pocket my thumb presses the home button so the screen turns on as it's coming out. That's how I like it.

I'm not one for gimmicks, but this one is nice.

Turning off the air glance (yes I know it's nice) and installing this S5 app in system/app is a nice alternative to power to wake.

I, as you, use the home button to wake the phone.

This nice little app adds another option without touching the phone.

Just push, reset permissions, reboot

Then just wave your finger over the top right sensor to wake the phone.

Nova shortcut will do the job...
