Gravity screen is pretty legit app to use for this too. I use it to turn off screen and turn on screen

This is the confluence of an incredibly driven dev who is bereft of arrogance. That is a highly desirable set of traits, and an unfortunate rarity in these forums as of late.
Many these days seem to careen towards the banal, while others have a swelling ego matched only by the cavalier attitude they take towards the user base (develop rom for a donated device, then drop it like a bad attitude, and then want thanks for such a noble gesture...thanks, but I'll pass, sell crazy someplace else, I've had my fill...and minor aside, but who does this and thinks it's actually a good idea?).
Not this dev. This rom is a labor of love, and it's palpable.
Not to put too fine of a point on things, but the way one shows appreciation for such innate decency is to give thanks, and if so inclined, to donate.
I've seen many good devs here, but few ask so little and give so much.
That is the finest spirit of xda. The rom is free, the hours invested are just incalculable, and I for one would like to see a few show their appreciation with the donate button.
That's how good development keeps flowing. Give because it's your natural inclination for such a terrific rom.

I for one am quite pleased you have the decency to not ask for anything, or the madness that seems to imbue some devs that believe they are creators of all good things and others are useless (you know the type to which I refer), but I have absolutely no problem doing so. You deserve it.

I just wanted to mention that the stock kernel that was posted earlier did get screen mirroring to work but unfortunately it still doesn't work on this rom. I was only able to get it to work on one other ROM out of four choices so I'm not sure what is causing it to not work on the other roms. This rom continues to reboot after selecting your TV. It almost seems like there's some files missing for a to do that. Thank you again Micmars for supplying the stock kernel!

It's definitely missing files. I'm putting together a zip with most of the pulled apks back in. It will be debloated of Sprint apks, but that's about it. It probably won't be ready until this evening
Edit: This has proven to fix all spen issues, as well as email fc when selecting from pulldown. :thumbup:

What rom worked for you?
Fantastic rom. Loving everything in this. Especially how extensively you've themed it. Just wondering if anyone has problems with floating video from the video player. I get a force close every time I try it. Badass rom tho.
Sacs v4 nc5 rom. Ironically it wouldn't work on his s5 port with the stock kernel though.
All the other Roms I tested would say unable to connect due to a hardware issue or unable to connect via screen mirroring.
This one would again just reboot but sounds like you know the reasoning behind that. Looking forward to your fixes and appreciate your hard work!!!

I am having issues with my video camera not storing videos or pics since I flashed this. Video orientation wrong, and shots disappearing from my camera after I take them. Lots of shots. Never had this issue before......anybody else?

This has been fixed in the zip I will be posting tonight. I've added most apks back...aside from the Sprint crap. The rom will be roughly 350mb larger. I'll leave it up to you guys to remove what you want.
@1brainsurgeon, it is my understanding that it should work with the stock kernel. I believe freeza can assist.
It is my understanding that you get it to work on a custom kernel, one must modify the wdf lib in order to have mirroring work.

Any way to get the stock mail client to work on this amazing ROM. My only complaint. It seems to be the only app that plays nice with my work email.
