I believe it says no files in that folder unless I'm missing something ?

Downloading fine here. Followed the link from the op and clicked the 1.3gb file at the bottom of the post.
It's working now....oh boy
Edit: bout to flash
Edit 2: flashed. I downloaded it, wiped all except sd, and tried to flash it. It failed. Restored my backup. Did a factory reset, flashed it again, and it took. Still setting up. Looks good so far. REAL good.

Make sure to follow the install instructions in the OP.
Just a friendly reminder:
1. Wipe: cache, dalvik cache, data, system
2. Reboot/Reboot Recovery ( When prompted, Do Not Install Root)
3. Flash Rom

I did at first. But it wouldn't flash. I downloaded it to internal storage then moved it to SD card. That sometimes gives me flashing problems. I saw the instructions. If it starts acting wonky, I'll flash it again. But everything is good so far. It did not ask me whether I wanted to install root, however. I have root, I checked. I just didn't get prompted.
Looks good and runs fast and smooth so far. Wish I had more time to play with it, but I've stayed up too late as our is.

The artwork will likely remain close to the same as he's done an amazing job (as I knew he would). I might make only a few changes based on my tastes. But it will likely only be a recoloring of what he has already accomplished. Great job Billy.
