Thanks for the heads up about the MD5 but I honestly don't think that's the issue.
I'm not understanding why everybody keeps mentioning the md5 recently. I've been through many, many roms and devices and not until recently have i been getting people telling me to check the MD5. Are SGS3 MD5s less stable than on other devices? I think from ALL the years I've been messing with android I only really had MD5 issues with my HTC Hero CDMA and it was a memory card issue not a file issue.
But thanks again for the heads up.
No, it is simply the best way to verify a file. The reason they are more prevalent now is because the file size of ROMs is getting enormous (S5 TW ROMs are well over a GB). Back with the HTC Hero, Gingerbread ROMs were 100-200 MBs and the possibility for a bad download was far less. And the md5sum not matching could cause ANY problem, it means you don't have the same file I uploaded, any possible file could be missing or corrupted.

I must say battery life is really amazing on this rom. I charged my phone to 100% while i was sleeping and i had it at 100% for about 4 hours, when all of a sudden my big bro (that has the Verizon S3) took my fully charged battery and gave me his battery that was at 0% which pissed me the hell off, he left before i could do anything to him >.<......After i left this 0% battery to charge to about 7% i had to go some where and i don't like walking without music; so i unplugged my phone, turned my music on and i left my house for about 1 hour. When i got back i looked at my phone and it had 2% left so.....i love this rom lol :D

Awesome! that makes sense. Thanks. I guess I'll give the MD5 a little more thought from now on.

I've got a bootloader question... I've got a Boost L710 running an old version of SlimKat (AOSP 4.4.2). Pulling my bootloader version using terminal emulator I have NG2 bootloader. Baseband is MK3. Do I need to Odin the stock ND8 tar and reinstall Philz before flashing this ROM?

Yes, or NDC (which is the Boost version)

Hope you are ok.

I don't understand why even with what appears to be the right settings enabled via the Ktweaker the phone still lags. If anyone can just just post a screenshot of what should and shouldn't be enabled that would be nice. I tried just going all default too, not sure if I'm doing things right. I never had lag at all on MOAR rom... Now I feel bad and this seems like an annoying request given the nature of what happened to Bill now. Another thing I noticed is I can copy and paste in any case except when I'm in gmail. Is it just me? Thanks.

I also undervolt -25 on all steps for battery saving... always have a fresh backup before messing with KTweaker if you don't know what you're doing or before applying a profile.

If you're still getting lag, try switching "Gentle Fair Sleepers" to Disabled.

Will do so, you're an awesome person. My last question is, why is there no copy function in the gmail app? Is it just me? Highlighting a text yields a select all, cut, paste and a search option but I don't see how I can copy the text. This is a minute issue though I'm just glad I got the lag issue figured out!!!

Hmmm. I thought it was limited to the S5 Email app... I must be missing a lib or apk somewhere, wonder why it's limited to email though. I can copy and paste in Messaging... long story short, I'm still trying to figure it out.

It was happening to me also. I ended up using the email apk from Tribute to get copy/paste working for me.

Ok, so it's a problem within the Email app, that sure makes things easier. I'll make a flashable of the stock email app and see if I can find an S5 Email apk that works (if anybody knows of one, please PM me the link)
