I am still using this Wicked and I had this problem forever I been trying to fix.
I use Nova Prime with the Telsa Unread addon and I can never see any email notifications even though its working and turned on the setting to show unread voicemail.

My question is why wont it work using Boost Mobile as my carrier. Is this the way it works normally or what do I need to get it working again.?

I realize no further work be done on this ROM but hate to get another ROM to fix problem. TIA! for any help. I really need to know when I get new voicemail.
Dont the rom come with visual voicemail built in?

Dose not have visual voicemail says Voicemail T.6.1.0.23 after its was updated and cant add any features that require added monthly charge.
I know old ROM I used could see unread count for voicemail not seeing that atm.
Email the developer, that has absolutely nothing to do with the ROM. You don't get a notification when the Voicemail comes in? What Voicemail application are you using?

If i remember correctly i never had any problems with vm. Theres plenty of visual voicemail apks kicking around! Google!!
I apparently have the touchwiz voicemail app after creating a thread and got another apk file to try after I froze voicemail app I been using with TB and after I installed new apk its the same one I been using.
Maybe its working as intended but only way I can tell when get new voicemail is an icon shows up in my notifications and then click to see the voicemail.
Is that the default behavior and shouldn't Telsa Unread be working to my unread as it had in the past but on a different ROM.
No clue on how how this is working compared to a stock ROM either.

I going to try again to see if I can get this Wicked ROM to show me unread voicemail.
Here a post showing my trying to fix this problem.
Shouldn't this ROM show unread voicemail? I assume it should.
Any here that is working/not working for?

Here a link trying a fix....

Dude, maybe sprint updated the voicemail app. Go stock via Odin, take all the updates and pull the newest version of voicemail app.
It has nothing to do with the rom, it's just the visual voicemail app, period. You said it notifies you in the status bar, where else do you think it's supposed to notify you? On the app icon? It won't if you're using a different launcher than stock. Nova with Tesla unread doesn't seem to support that app.

lol dont get your panties in a bunch I am trying to fix this voicemail app that I am using with this ROM so just ignore me if you dont want to help dont even read my posts.
I am annoyed that I cant try to find a fix without being put down. If I knew how to install a new ROM easy and get it working I would have already!!!
I do now hate posting to here just to see people complaining.

He wasn't putting you down, he was pointing out that it's not the ROMs fault that Tesla Unread doesn't support the Sprint Voicemail app, the only solution to this is to email the developers of that app as I nor anyone here can help you with a third party app. Your problem is with Tesla Unread, not the ROM. The Voicemail app clearly functions as it was intended to, it just doesn't have the extra function that the third party app is supposed to provide, hope this explanation helps. Tesla Unread was meant for the Google Voice app and other third party voicemail apps. I'm sure there's probably a list somewhere of apps that it does support.

You do see in my other thread post I replaced the Voicemail app with one that was working which turns our to be same voicemail app I was already using.
Now there's also a post that shows that voicemail app working with telsa unread so being a layman I might think its the ROM but what else can it be?

Heres where I was testing with another voicemail app and see comment that its working with telsa unread.

Did you do what he suggested with the Notification Bar Watcher? Sorry, I no longer have this device so I can't test anything or really do anything but suggest things. The Voicemail app is stock and should work the same as any of the others. The only thing that was changed was the app icon if I remember correctly.

I wont bore you with the details but I gone though everything including reinstalling all apps involved. Cleaning data and caches redoing all my settings ect.
When I get calls now I just see the notify on the top of screen where the other apps show there info but its hard to see unless I pull down the drop panel to see that I missed calls.
I turned off/on settings as well to see if bad switch.

I tried to find Tesla Unread type of replacement for my voicemail app to more easily notify me when I get new voicemail.

I was able to add some apps that help with voicemail notifications so that good enough solution for that problem.
Now I seen for awhile LTECDMA not working just CDMA.
Tried calling Boost for fix with no help and they hooked me up with Samsung Tech Assist with no help.
My question any out there with same phone as sig that its working on?
My next step will be to try to see if Boost will give me a free replacement phone which its not likely.
How can I troubleshoot and fix this problem myself.

Sounds like you need to Odin stock firmware and see if problem persists. If it does, it's a hardware problem with your LTE radio.
