Just found this on the web but not sure if it will work with TP2... Need to dig deeper on this. Another other recommendation?
Battery life usually improves after you let the rom settle for a day or two.

Wth.....quoted the wrong person. This was meant for @Tekone.

Wow. Just clicked "view original" and somehow I quoted someone from another thread that I've never even visited. Stupid XDA app.

You have to let the phone settle for a day or two before you can accurately measure battery usage...

Also... Touchwiz itself is very battery draining.....

Use greenify... And wakelock detector to track and hibernate those apps when not in use....

I get about 13 hours on heavy use... Including flashing and rebooting about 40 times a day when modding and theming...

4 hours with that much drainage means then phone was still settling... Or you have apps running in the background...

Sent from a Wicked Virgin Mobile Samsung Galaxy S3 running KT747 Kernel on KITKAT Touchwiz.

Ahhh I forgot about the darn music app.... theres green there.... :( ... I dont use the stock app, I use MusiXmatch for the synced lyrics..... guess I'll have to do that before I put out this update to the theme :(
I kinda like it, it's only a little bit and it goes with the little Android spinners.

If I wanted to use the Messaging app from 7.1 instead of the S5 app in 7.3 is it just a matter of extracting it from 7.1 and pushing it to my phone or are there additional libraries, etc involved? The app is beautiful but the emojis just never work for me with the S5 app. I even tried a clean install of 7.2 when I was on it and still no dice. I'm sure it's something on my end.

system/priv-app/SecMms.apk
Yep, just extract, push, set permissions, and reboot.
