I'll be uploading WS5X v1.0 soon, it's not much different than the preview, but everything is working (S5 Toolbox has been removed for now). I'll be starting a new thread for it, and hopefully we can all work together and make another great ROM. So check the Android Development section in a few hours or check back in here and I'll post a link when it's up. There's a few surprises[emoji16]
Thanks, Ryan, looking forward to this. I haven't flashed anything new on my phone since your Barebones. Time for a change.

Happy holidays, my friend!

That's because their voice service is VOIP (voice over IP) which means it's not REAL phone service, but it's decent enough to get your point across most of the time. But you have to have data on all the time if you want your calls.. It's a real battery killer.
What I don't like is having to use their phone app, can't use stock messaging app or stock phone app. It does use the stock dialer and contacts though. But, I can turn off mobile data and make and receive calls over wifi. But I do just leave wifi and data on all the time. I bought an extended battery.

Well it's up and the md5sum matches... You should know where to look by now, if not, I'm making a thread after I get off work. I recommend a clean flash so you don't have a useless Toolbox toggle. All the toggle additions in post #3 of this thread will work (Mobile Data, etc). Merry Christmas.

Yep, I had them on my S2 for awhile and then switched to Ting, which is the same service as Sprint, you just pay for what you use... Today was the highest bill I've had all year, $35... And that's because my minutes usage was 5 times what it normally is because of the holidays.

Thanks, Ryan. Downloading and installing. And again, happy holidays to you and your family.

Update: Smooth as silk, Ryan, thanks!

PS: ...and to all the Wicked ones!

No, I don't think so (it probably will, but your SystemUI and SecSettings will be PCB themed). But, what I do is put the Flashlight app as the pull up and if you double tap home (on screen or physical) it will automatically open it. Or if you press home when already on the home screen. In due time... I do things in phases so I don't overwhelm myself and so I have a place to go back to if things get screwed up.

I don't know if it works, but if you want to try it, here you go.
Make a backup first.

Yeah, I have an old flip phone on Ting, that's on its last legs. In fact I splurged and bought a refurbished S4 and a dual sim card adapter. Gonna try to hook it up to Ting and FreedomPop.
Now I need to find a good Rom for the S4, but you have me spoiled with Wicked X. :good::good:

Check out g_ding84's stuff or one of cerj's themes... I think they have Negalite too.

How do I get rid of the android is upgrading screen? I searched the posts that dealt with this issue. I don't have anything in /data but I restored my apps using Titanium so there's probably odex files somewhere. I don't know how to find them. I did a clean install of the ROM as well.

Use a root explorer and look for files that end in .odex (example- SecSettings.odex)

I'm not getting any files that end in .odex. I use Es file explorer and I made sure the Root explorer option was switched on. Then I just scanned the entire root directory. Didn't catch anything.
Well the question now is does it annoy you enough to spend the time to do a clean install and install each app individually with a reboot in between to figure out the culprit? I almost guarantee it's Titanium Backup. It's the biggest culprit.

I got like 300 user apps... so I'm not trying to do each app indiv. lol. But if I had a different app restorer , would it cause the message to show up too?

300 user apps? No wonder it needs to optimize lol (for real, anything more than 100 is excessive and no doubt going to cause problems). Try uninstalling Titanium and reboot and see if it pops up.

229 apps actually lol. It's an addiction. But I uninstalled titanium and rebooted but it still popped up. Oh well. It does it for like 10 seconds so i guess I just gotta survive without those 10 secs.
