Ryan you really outdid yourself with 8.2. Everything is running smooth and battery life is great. Do you recall the name of the launcher theme you are using in your latest screen shots? there were a ton to sift through on the link in your 3rd post and I couldn't find one that resembled it

Having problems turning off caller announce even after following steps in post 4 to turn off. Can anyone else duplicate this issue?
Sorry, I forgot to mention I moved that to Settings/Accessibility/TalkBack/Settings/Speak Caller ID

Edit: I even tried enabling the greenify service to fix random voice feedback and that still didn't work..I may just load the old s3 phone apk.

Well the only other thing I can suggest is using the SecPhone.apk from v8.0 and deleting SecTeleservice.apk from system/priv-app. Or there's an S3 Phone revert in post #3. I personally love the feature.

I too went crazy with this and tried everything. The fix for me was under Menu/My Device/Accessibility/Answering and ending calls/Voice Control. For some bizarre reason un-checking Voice Control here finally stopped the Call Announce.
Hey Ryan, was wondering how you got the job manager (shortcut?) on your desktop or is that a third party app?

No they were separate mods I did for MK3 but they still work. I can't seem to find them on my Android File Host, so here you go... Just install like a normal apk. It will show a shortcut in your app drawer.

Im syill having battery drain issues on this update but I want to keep it does anyone have any suggestions
Have you used App Ops (disable Location and Keep Awake for anything that doesn't need those permissions)? Changed kernel settings? Tried Wakelock Detector to see what is keeping your phone awake?

I just installed Wicked X Bare Bones from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=55478862#post55478862. This is the very first ROM I've ever installed, so please excuse the question which follow. Shortly after the install I get "System update downloaded" in the notification bar. I understand that there is an NJ2 release which is newer than the ND8 release. ND8 is in the title of this thread and I made sure I had the ND8 boot loader version before installing Wicked X Bare Bones.
1) I'm guessing with a custom ROM I can't take the "Android system update". Correct?
2) Assuming the answer to 1 is "Yes", is there any way to get rid of the notification? Clearing it makes it reappear.
3) Will there be a NJ2 based Wicked X Bare Bones? I didn't think I saw an NJ2 thread for Wicked X Bare Bones.
