OK Guys...... the tests I've just ran show no fault in the ROM being able to use a USB OTG.
I plugged the USB OTG into my S3 and even with no drive, it immediately reads in the status bar that it is connected. I plugged in the flash drives and accessed them with the paid version of Root Explorer.
No lockups, reboots, charging failures or anything. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. I also went ahead and transferred data to and from the flash drives just to make sure it was working both ways.
One thing I am doing when I unmount the drive is I'm using the unmount option in the dropdown. I tap to unmount and give it about 2- 3 seconds before I get a notification right above my dock saying it has been unmounted.
For the people having USB OTG issues, I would go ahead and back up all of my apps with Titanium. Then troubleshoot starting with a fresh copy of the ROM. Using Philz, do the factory reset/ install new ROM option, wipe cache, Dalvik wipe, and flash the ROM. After getting Xposed framework working, I would only activate the modules that are already there. I only have Burnt Toast, double tap to sleep, greenify, smart booster, USB storage unmounter be gone, Wanam Xposed, and Xposed WI-FI deep sleep on my phone right now. That's it. Just try using USB OTG with little to no ROM modifications other than what basically comes with Wicked-X.
If you are still having issues after a fresh install, my next guess would be that the USB OTG are faulty or are not the correct ones for your S3.
Hope this helps out and you guys get them working properly.
