I've been lurking the ND8 threads since they started and have been waiting for something like this to drop so I finally bit the bullet and installed the ND8 tar and this rom. I would like to start off by thanking @bilgerryan and @CNexus and all the other devs whose names i cant remember for making this possible.
I don't run TW as my daily, I'm an AOSP guy, currently SlimKat. I do however keep a TW nandroid on my phone for those times when you just need one, usually to update PRL and profile, and lately when I know I'm going to want my camera as I'm starting to get hit with the AOSP camera issues. As a rule I do try to keep my TW up to date so I'll be lurking here also. I know this is a young work in progress so I expect there are certain things that haven't been installed/included yet. My questions are:
1) Have I missed the setting for the expanded reboot menu or is it not baked in yet?
2) Sprint Connection manager. Can I freeze or or uninstall with TiBu, and if so what is it called?
3) Is it possible to get rid of those abominations that are the lockscreen notifications without going to a 3rd party lockscreen? What 5 year-old designed those?
Sorry if these are stupid questions but these few hrs may be the longest I've been on TW since I got my phone. I'm going to try to give this a test for a day or two

PS @bilgerryan your boot ani and a couple of your ringtones may follow me back to SK. :)

Actually... would you be willing to make one with the color matching the pcb popup color blue? Its ics blue...

Please.... I'm theming the rom.... but haven't tried to make a boot ani yet so not even sure where to start on that one lol...
Try this. Tested and working
Rename to "bootanimation.zip" and put in the System/Media folder, change permissions to rw-r-r, profit :good:

1. No not baked in yet
2. Yes get rid of it. I haven't completely removed it yet so if somebody accidentally agrees to the popup during setup they wouldn't be able to turn it off without reflashing
3. Maybe, I'll check it out

I added a few audio mods to your volume increase mod and then added Viper4Android for an equalizer... Nothing short of awesome (IMO)

Very nice, I rarely share my mods / tweaks on xda but there seemed to be a real need for the volume increase so I decided to... I just don't have the patience that some of you do and for that I applaud you (and all the other devs) good sir. If you need any help creating pulldowns or themeing things in general hit me up with a PM or on hangouts and if I have the time I'll be happy to help. You find me on hangouts by searching Chris Bunch or my same name here @gmail.com... Love your work

Thanks for the quick reply.
1) No problem
2) I'll keep that in mind when I update this rom.
3) Sorry, wasn't making a request, pretty sure you don't need any more and I don't want to be that guy. Just wondering if I had missed a setting. Judging by your answer I'm guessing there isn't one. See number 1. :)

3) I was thinking there was a setting somewhere within one of the apps... Have you tried the Camera lockscreen (Settings/My Device/Lock Screen/Shortcuts)? It's very minimalistic, I like it (especially with the effect turned to none)

I made a pulldown for myself to match the pcb theme and I figured I'd share it with all the wicked x users. Make a backup first. https://app.box.com/s/r5r0vezifoqgsdnxqhfb

Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app
Meh! lol just kidding it not bad
I guess I need to some research on how to theme since I would love to theme mine out in purple. Yes I said purple! not asking anyone to theme one for me but point me in the right direction to learn.

I think we may be on 2 different pages.I have no problems with the stock lockscreen or setting it up the way I want. I hope this will post clear things up.
Pic 1 is my lockscreen setup. Stock clock widget removed and replaced with NiLS Notifications. Clock disabled in widget settings. I like minimal also. :)
Pic 2 is lockscreen with a notification. Still pretty clean.
Pic 3 What the holy h**l!! The hideous white notification that shows up when I get a text or a missed call (there may be more but those are the only two I've seen) is what I'm trying to get rid of. I was hoping I had missed a checkbox or setting somewhere but I still haven't found anything even close. :(
I'm now somewhat (mostly?) sure that its baked into TW somewhere. Don't worry about it to much, like I said in my original post this isn't going to be my daily driver, maybe 5-6 days a month and I can live with it for the few texts I will get on those days.

It's built into the keyguardwidget.apk i believe. I'll have to double check if it's the same on KitKat as it was on JB. Don't freeze the app or delete it, just be patient until somebody decides to theme it. I had the JB version done in black backgrounds with chrome trim. It would probably be possible to make them with a transparent bg as well.

EDIT: I've put one together with white and gray text and a dark semi transparent background on the notifications for missed calls and texts. I have no way of testing how it looks though, because I no longer have service on my SGS3. If anybody would like to test it and post a screenshot so I can see it, let me know. Thanks.
