It does.... Just use a root browser to go thru /data /app and /priv-apps to remove the .odex files for the apps you restore with titanium...... That will stop the upgrading screen from appearing on boot....... ATLEAST IN MY USE 9F THE APP THATS WHAT I DO.I've heard Titanium Backup leaves an .odex file somewhere that causes that.

also, it does not create one for every app... Just some..... And creates more in /app and priv-app than it does in data....
