Nothing works quite as well as stock in my opinion. So here is a stripped down version of the BOJ1 Nook Rom. It should work on any 710/810. So may I present to you for your flashing pleasure....

Neked Nook

See post #2 for Permissive 710/810 kernels and other extras. Boot ani and BNN Stuff

Features:
710/810 PB1 version of Neked_Nook Both use Updater-script Based on XAR 3-26-16

710/810 version with NO BNN Stuff. Uses updater-script. 3-20-16

710/810 version with Xposed built in - 3-18-16
Choose to your liking
810 version of Nook

Almost all Samsung apps removed
Bloat removed
apps moved to data - Estrong explorer
Removed almost all downloadable apps from /system - give the Tab some wiggle room.
Permissive kernel
init.d support in kernel
init.d scripts
Permission fix for writing to Ext SD
build prop tweaks
zipalign /data apps on reboot
busybox
Probably other stuff I can't remember

Install: This must be a clean install to work as I made it. No restoring either from Tb or TWRP or...
In TWRP, wipe /system, /cache, /data, /dalvic
Flash ROM
Profit!!

Notes:
On first boot you can sign in to Samsung if you want. It'll give you an option to restore.
SU will need to be updated. Just do it through the Playstore.
******
Not in PB1 version If you DO NOT want the BNN interface/apps, you'll need to use a rooted explorer and delete /system/app/NookAMV. Then got to App Manager and uninstall Nook.app.
*******
Xposed versions can take up to 5min on first boot. Just be aware
******

Possible bugs
None that I know of.
I can't help you if its not a clean install
xposed- just not a fan. It affects performance
Restores from anything - not a fan of Tb either. It creates issues also.

Screenshots below:
1st one is if you remove the BNN apps this is what you're left with
2nd is the Home Page. BNN icon in bottom left

Xposed users - see this post from @DroidIt! and my reply. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=66147643&postcount=202

Plain-Samsung-bootani
- Plain ol Samsung. No Nook
BNN_Stuff - If you want your Tab to be like the BNN Nook.
Nook-bootani - Puts the Nook part back in the bootanimation.

Removed apps
- You may need more than 1 apk to make Samsung stuff work.
Add apps flashable - add the appropriate app to the appropriate folder and flash in TWRP.

Ok, installed it and it is almost perfect, just the detail that netflix is not working, you select a movie and stays in the loading screen, tried to search for the lib file you have to delete to fix it, but it's not there!! Any ideas??

It should be. Unless there a change in OJ1. I don't use netflix on my tab so I can't really check into it.

Ah it's arrived! Ty for your work!

Could someone please see if Amplify works? It's the only closed module I iuse on my current Canadian 5.1.1 stock ROM.

Also, does the nook do away with touchwiz? Can't seem to find any conclusions screenshots in Google...

I'm not sure about Amplify as I don't use it.
I posted a couple screenshots in the OP now. Hopefully they answer your questions. Touchwizz is still there.

Post #2 has 810 Permissive Kernel.
And .zip of removed apps. You'll need to manually install which ones you want and set permissions accordingly.

Edit: Also added an "Add apps flashable" zip to post #2 - just add the apps you want back in and flash

Gonna need a tester or 2 for the 810 version. It's uploading now and should be available in about a half hour. We'll call it Beta but there should be no issues. Either post here or send a PM. @danyvw if your interested. ;)

Edit: Or look me up on AFH, dl it, and post if there's issues.

Edit #2: PULLED until I can figure out issues.
