[ROM] NeonMod 0.21 (based on HTC 2.03 & optional custom kernel: overclock, BFS, ext4)
I'm not responsable of any brick or damage you may cause by flashing this ROM.
I used a mix of the 2.03 HTC rom and the CleanEclair of Lyka! (thanks a lot dude!)
~ 105 MB of freespace (after install it)
~ 160 MB of free ram (after a little bit of usage) (about 200 after boot)

- Fixed sync error (maybe need wipe! if doesn't work try to wipe)
- Updated Superuser permission (now you can update it from the market)
- Other minor fixes
Version 0.2
- Update Superuser Permission 2.3.2.1
- Add Music.apk (thanks xennr3 )
- Apn list mod (from cyanogen)
- New battery circle (soon i'll make also others zip files to flash with different theme and icon pack)
- Updated all the software
- Fixed vibration icon (restored the default white! thanks xennr3)
- Add new bootanimation
- Removed HTC ime (now only htc ime mod is available)
- Add Gesture search (really amazing and usefull)
- Some other bug fixes in system and framework

- Zipalign all apk (except htc_ime) for optimization of ram and speed
- Added Superuser 2.2.2 ef (I tried the 2.3 just released but it goes FC.. waiting for fix)
- Added nano (not working with adb because of some stupid problem with char, via telnetd it's perfect)
- Added bash
- Added host for adblock (in testing.. but it seems to work well)
UI
- Removed sense and almost all apk of HTC
- Using launcherpro as default launcher (uninstallable.. pay attention to install another launcher before remove this)
- Added Supercirle Battery (with 1% precision, thanks Fightspit http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=724778)
- Added iconpack colored (thanks Fightspit)
- Added smile pack ( thanks to Fusion0306 )
- Wakeon with menu, home or double trackpad (with double menu wake and unlock)
- Live wallpaper (thanks rodriguezstyle)

- Update some software like launcherpro, facebook ecc (all uninstallable)
- Using dialerone, mms from vanilla eclair, contacts from htc
- Using htc camera, htc album, htc fmradio
- Included also htc_ime_mod but not used as default
Kernel
- Add tun.ko (for vpn.. untested)
- Modded frequency to allow cpu scaling below 480 mhz
- Added function to wakeon trackpad with doublepress it
Known issues:

- Some kernel optimization (Working on it!)
- Porting BFS (Done!)
- Overclockable kernel (Done!)
- Rom Manager support (0.3 will be release also on Rom Manager)
- Wifi tether (if included with rom crash.. if installed manually works great!)
- Upgrade to 2.05 or 2.06 (sms bug is very annoing..)

Custom kernel V3: overclock and more
I disabled perflock so you can set on boot your prefered freq!
By default it use the same freq as before and as the default kernel (not overclocked 245 min /600 max mhz)..
It's not even necessary to tell that I'm not responsable if your little and loved phone get sick
So use it only if you really know what you are doing!
If you use it on others rom please don't report break or error!
Install it with ROM Manager or Clockwork recovery!
v3: Add BFS and EXT4. BFS is a very famous scheduler written by Con Kolivas. It won't increase the speed of the phone but it should be more reactive on app change. Ext4 can be used with DarkTremor scripts or just for dev (I'm trying to install ipkg and other stuff like a Lamp server )
