To answer a few questions here.
Yes you can normally flash the windows10mobile rom using the normal flastool (3.47) (ignore the yellow blocks)

But there are a few things you need to know about that.
Don't ask me about the Samsung IO drivers because they are a pain in the butt ,took me 4 hours to get that to work , the rest is easy like h***

First, after flash your phone will get a blue schreen
Fix is to hard reset the phone using the button combo , but for me that didn't go well.
What did work for me was to but the phone back in download mode and then flash the Storage mode image (this will actually hard reset the phone for you with the gears screen) , at first when you do that don't freak out (flashtool gives connection error, after flashing phone reboots)
Now lots of stuff happens on the screen , ignore that.
Now get yourself a coffee and sit back and wait
After about 10 minutes your phone boots normal and first install starts.

What all works , try it yourself but for me its running better then WP 8.1. (camera works just normal)
And yes no haptic feedback on the back button and search button

First of all, thanks for you support and for share this custom rom with us.

Now, my report about the update:

I'm from Brazil and I have flashed the phone with your custom room but I changed the CSC file to another file with ZTO region. The procedure was finished as expected, an then I have applied "massStorage" tweak to solve the startup issue and the phone started normally (I didn't made hard reset).

After update all apps in Windows Store I have tested the telephone and I have found some issues:

- Camera focus is not working properly (I was unable to touch on screen to focus some area)
- Telephone is very very slow to show unlock the screen after it is being protected by PIN.
- The battery is draining faster and the telephone is being hot.
- In some places of screen (in corners) the touch is not working well. Looks like the touch is not aligned with the screen.

Do you think that the issues could be caused due different .CSC file or a Hard reset is required?

I need to disable Windows Insider after apply the rom or I can continue installing preview builds on it?

Hi, I've manged to install your w10m with ceesheim trik.
It works very well I've just some questions:

• How can I access Data folder on mmc mode?
• Also process viewer show 851,38 mb of ram, before I've got 898,38mb where did you put that 48 mb?

Hi,

I made update with W10 firmware and everything was ok. But now, Windows Store is not available: when I start it, message is "Cannot run Windows Store, perhaps an update is available in Windows Store" ... !!!!

Can you help me to recover Windows Store app ?!

EDIT: Uninstall of wphTweaks_v10_Jesenic and Windows Store is back ... strange !

Hi, it's working well for me, I've disabled cortana and skype with full fs access. I use camera sight instead def app (the focus bug is still present) battery is very good, about 2-3 days.

Focus is not a bug. It's just auto. Image center is always in focus, try it. Sad to say but manual focus trigger is not available.

For me, Windows 10 ROM is ok. Only one thing about alarm: sound is immediatly loud and permanent vibration. Is there any trick to setup this ?

If you're on stock battery it's time to replace it.

Battery lose capacity (about 500 full recharging cycle) so if his life is poor take a new one (about 10€ on ebay)

I don't update to 10.

To wake phone by home key press it very fast

To change volume and disable vibration you have to go to HKLM\software\Microsoft\EventSounds\SoundCategories\Alarm and edit:

• InitVol to something like 25
• Script to c200apr
