Big thanks to Android File hosting service.
Yes, you can flash Philz's LT4 kernel if you want but you may lose the CRT-OFF effect and some minor things.I need one thing, shall i flash Philz lt4 kernel over coh kernel, if this done any thing will change you mod? thanks in advance
The Note 8 port has a lot of bugs that I decided not to continue it's development. In fact, in my opinion, of all the Note devices, the N7000 has the most advanced Multiwindows code because I believe it has been Samsung's test device for the earlier research on Multiwindows. The Note 8 has some code disabled that is why in tablet or phablet mode, the bottom traybar is not showing up. But I have a mod for Note 8 waiting to shred it's cover soon. It will be like the NEXT Floating Multiwindows for Note 8.By the way are you still punching that note8 ROM to fit in our device
Ni Hao Fellow Note Users:
Rooted, Deodex with busybox XXLT4 base
coh's Hello World kernel (you can flash Philz's kernel or Speedmod kernel if you prefer)
1. Download the ROM zip.
DOWNLOADS:
Rapidshare
Android File Host - Thanks to kmokhtar79
2. While awaiting download, make a backup of your current rom and data.
3. When download finished, check md5 checksum.
MD5 checksum: 2E6056D4965057DCFA25EB18032C75F8
4. Install a safe kernel (Philz kernel v4.35 and up). Available HERE
5. Reboot into recovery and make a factory reset, full wipe and format system, preload and data partitions.
6. Flash the ROM zip and reboot when finished.
7. Setup as needed and enjoy the rom. Don't forget to grant supersu permissions to integrated apps as it is important for the ROM to work fully.
8. I suggest not to restore your data and apps for the meantime. Play with the rom for a while and feel its vibes to make sure everything is working. Then you can restore whatever you need/want.
Wich is the right safe kernel ?

Thanks for this very nice rom. If you could help me i enabled hardware keys and changed the dpi on the system ui now it consantly FC's any advice
I changed the line in the build prop to get rid of the onscreen keys but i will change it back and use floating mw rather then Xposed app settingsHardware keys are enabled by default. Maybe you are talking about something. To change dpi, use the Floating MW Control app as it takes care of all issues with the SystemUI. You must undo whatever you did even the change in dpi and use the Floating MW Control app to change dpi to whatever you like, except maybe changing to tablet dpi which the systemui does not support at the moment.
so, i tried some dpis and with and without navbar. No MP3-Player fc. or did you change the dpi of the player himself? this wont work, it´s the player from Note8 the dpi is fixed at 213Just to let you know if you change the dpi from anything other then 213 the music player will fc i guess because the play bar at the bottom doesn't show up
