I've had both Jan 26th and the newest Feb 2nd builds.
Cannot report any issues with the Wifi. I am mostly on 5GHz though.
Have you made sure it's not your own Wifi AP's fault? Did you flash the February build and did that solve the problems?

I am currently on feb 10 rom

Negligible Wifi d/c

Using 2.4 tho

I have my laptop next to my mobile and it won't disconnect so I assume previous rom's issue

Yes, call recording doesn't work for me too, last nightly build at 03.03.2018.
System dialer recorder and third-party app (ACR recording) records silence.
ACR recording works perfectly with any original SONY ROM for odin.

I'm actually also on 3.3.2018 RR rom

what I did is, used Aroma to replace some of the stock apps
and I cannot live without Viper4android,

So far, I can record calls with callx named app, but if I insert my Earphones, I cannot record incoming audio, turning off Viper4A enables me to record Audio in Low Volume of opposite party

I think Rom Devs cannot help neither call record app devs, probably, contacting Viper4Android devs may help maybe.

but I can record calls normally on RR without Earphone

Call Recording did worked fine for me on 14.1 & 15.1 based on recent test.
I'd m4a audio extension selected as output to be generated, and all of my calls were correctly recorded.
I haven't tested with headphones / earphones yet.

I've got Xperia ZL (odin) with latest lineage-14.1-20180331-nightly-odin-signed.zip installed.
System dialer records silense. Any external call recording application doesn't work.

I can't record audio anyway, "callx named app" doesn't too.

Is there any way to set SELinux to permissive on boot? I'm trying to get an init.d script to run but it keeps getting denied because of the default enforcing mode.

It worked but my script is still being denied, if I edit the kernel parameter to "android.selinux=disabled" would it turn off SELinux completely?

Edit: never mind this, it actually works now.
