i think you should change the issues lest cas when i first opend the thread i thought that it is true untill i installed RR and saw that thay say that it got most of it's properties from here then i cam back to check it

there is 3 problems i noted
1-when i try to call via the messenger it froze
2-google voice typing is not working properly
3- calling with my hand free mic doesn't even if i removed it i have to end the call and call again to make the phone work again but the hands free mic doesn't work in calls but works fine otherwise

@Daedroza why do all roms after marshmallow have a lagging when you play any video even YouTube?!

About Youtube videos...
After clean update to the latest ROM version the situation became slightly better but 60 fps Youtube videos still randomly lagging, kinda 50/50 (before reinstall it was EVERY video). I have installed NewPipe, it plays videos at 720p 60 fps smoothly but 1080p 60 fps videos are constantly lagging. So I think, the problem is partly related to the Youtube app. Maybe it's not optimized or something. But on the other hand the problem didn't exist when I was on LOS 14. AFAIK RR has the same problem. Maybe just the phone hardware can't handle new ROMs anymore.

@Daedroza there is lagging when I play any video on any video player even YouTube it's like low framing or something
What should I do please?!

I've no issues with YouTube what so ever.
If playing works on browser fine, then it's internal fault of decoder than YouTube uses.
Our 2013 generation CPU(s) play 720p HEVC (h.265 encoded on Blu-Ray) perfectly fine (though that is not supported).
Anything higher, for example 1080p HEVC (h.265 encoded on Blu-Ray) lags out.
So normal videos that generally not encoded in such a way should work fine & most videos are not encoded in such format anyway.
Still, share me the video link & I'll watch on YouTube myself & look if there's a issue.

I have this problem on any video even 360p
I've tried many video players but still the same.
Tried YouTube on chrome and UC browser and YouTube app. but still no luck except when play the video on YouTube app. with 720p 60fps then it works fine.
When open the MX pro player it shows me a message that it cannot reach a library or something (lib)
I will reinstall the ROM and send you a screenshot for the message that MX player showed it.
PS: This problem exists in all ROMs after MM that I've installed (lineage 14.1 and lineage 15.1 and RR nougat and RR Oreo) but on MM everything works fine.

No I haven't but either way the problem is not in YouTube itself, it's in the video playing in general ( Built-in video player - MX pro - KM player - UC browser built-in player - chrome built-in player) and not in particular resolution I mean even 360p have a little glitch.
Except when I play a 720p video on YouTube in 60fps then it works fine and without any glitch, but the 720p on normal frame rate are glitching.
And it's happening in every ROMs after MM like (lineage 14.1 - lineage 15.1 - Resurrection Remix Nougat - Resurrection Remix Oreo)

@HMH16 can you try a 1080p/29.66667fps video you shot yourself with the phones back camera in mx player? Both HW and HW+ please. If they don't work please post a screenshot of Tools/Properties, the dmesg and logcat.
